Either this dealership does not inspect the vehicles they sell as well as they claim or they knowingly sold me a car in need of repair, that cut off while I was on the highway leaving the dealership. I was on the highway for 39 minutes, driving 60 mph and the car turned off. I made it to the emergency lane because the traffic around me allowed me to, but there was a moment I thought I might not. The tow home cost $400. My guess is that the alternator needs to be replaced. I have to wait until tomorrow to call the dealership but I cannot expect much. They include a thorough mechanical inspection as a selling point, but do they not guarantee it. I'm worried because once the buyer pays, 'the property is as is'. After all of their encouragement, supported by references to the great condition of the vehicle's inspection, these are the reasons to pay the price that they set, but they did not spare me a terrible experience including looming additional costs.

I really enjoyed working with Christopher and Al. They were great. I did not feel pressured to buy. They listened to my limits and got the price where I wanted it to be.

Purchased a 2022 Challenger from Charity at ALM . It was one of the best car buying experiences ever . She made it easy , considering the condition of the rates these days . But her, as well as Robert Peters, made it happen within my budget! Appreciate the ALM team!

I never stated ALM sold me the car. I reiterated that some of the same employees who sold, financed... the car under Jeff Smith are still employees at your dealership. I feel they fraudulently sold me a car as the transmission was dubbed as having internal failure before my second payment was due. Now I'm experience all kinds of traction, due to even putting my first major purchase in your employees hands. Don't worry Jeff Smith Ford will be getting a lovely review also but your employees knew before you became ALM that they did not thoroughly check the car because the shop couldn't have fully inspected the car in the first place. Employees make a company and if they have to lie and put me and my children through this to have sold a car they shouldn't have sold without proper inspection tools, then that says alot.

The worst service after 2 months I came to know that ,the offered price of given car is more then what they told me I waste my 1000 bucks to fly from Tennessee to Atlanta Georgia and bought a car and it doesn't worth it . The worst experience. If I have 0 start option I would choose that .

Had a recall on Kia and picked the perry store bad mistake, ordered wrong parts with a rude receptionist straight no home training car been there 4 months, the whole team should be replaced except one manager came and rectified problem like mgr, take vehicle other than Perry ,Ga people out here need jobs and y'all paying that staff what happened

Terrible service center. Had a recall notice in October of 2023. I Have called multiple times trying to find out when the part would be available. Was told it would be here this week. Had an appt on 5/30/24 in the morning. Was then called and told they had the wrong part and couldn’t complete the recall.

Worst dealer I ever talked to. Told me everything I wanted to hear and after 3hr drive to dealer in Perry, they finally told me a price 3x more than Edmonds listed with exact VIN #. No where close to monthly payments we were looking for. DON'T GO THERE !!
