Friends of Perry Animal Shelter (FOPAS) is NOT Animal Control we are a 501C3 nonprofit that is completely donation run. The people you see at FOPAS are volunteers.

Our mission is to rescue animals from Perry Animal Control after they are held for 7 days for owner reclaim.
Take them to the vet for a full health check, spay/neuter, some animals require extra attention at the vet for various aliments.
All of the medical care received is paid for by donations and adoption fees.
