Well considering the fact that literally every one of my antiques is broken I had items stolen out of the trailer items not even in the trailer that we know we put in the trailer and then items put on the outside of the wall by the door of the trailer when we loaded it everything was on the inside of the wall I would highly recommend that you only use Old Dominion if you decide you hate your things what's sad is that a friend of mine used to work for old dominion and he told me straight up to cancel it before the truck was ever even delivered and we were assured our things would come in one piece and then nobody would be in our stuff and that everything would be fine yeah I can honestly tell you I have $1,000 camera missing out of his camera box.........

Have picked up a few Kayaks here, employees are nice and helpful. Product is always handled with great care during shipment,. Old Dominion has never damaged or lost any of my freight.

Personally had an excellent experience with the folks here! Had a small issue which 2 awesome workers came out and assisted me in lifting and shifting some heavy and awkward items into my truck, not to mention it was a humid and hot day and they assisted with a smile! Courteous and professional staff from what I noticed. Keith further made my experience pleasant and I appreciate all the help and nice treatment which is getting more and more rare at shippers these days!!
