The worst contract I've ever done..I paid my 3 month we agreed to and when i got to my last payment "It didnt went thru " so know they made me payed 6,000 for the 2,000 i agreed on paying. They never called me until 2 months later. And to top it off they take money from you debit card without your authorization.

Today I placed a call concerning my account and my CSR was Oscar Gutierrez, he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the information he provided me. He reassured me when I was in doubt. Oscar Gutierrez was great, I wish all CSR would interact with customers as well as have knowledge of their jobs like Oscar. Please keep up the amazing work you do because it matters to people like me who just need clarity on my account.

Worst experience ever. If you can avoid using them, do it. They will debit your account at will, charge you for every administrative thing they do, and will do everything they can to deny offers they send you via email. You will also receive three different dollar values when asking about your remaining amount owed. Online service will say one thing, rep on the phone a second value, and chat rep will provide the third value. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. I have two more payments remaining and cannot wait to end this relationship.
