Never ever do the digital coupons work. Staff does no how to even be able to fix the problems. Long wait in lines and some staff rude. Needs to do better.

Major improvement inside! Wow that's how the store should look, please keep up the good work. The shelves were fully stocked, isles were clear and swept, and the employees were friendly! Pride and progress goes a long way.

Big store, but very understaffed, and the store seemed to have no continuity. Each aisle was a mystery, it seemed that the store was set up to throw you off instead of fuel your impulse to buy. The 1st aisle you see upon entering the store is the butcher block(fresh meats) section with a fresh vegetable section tossed in, literally, it reminded me of a grocery store after a pre-natural disaster rush. In a 20'+ section designed to hold a vast selection of Poultry, Beef, and Pork cuts, I can only remember seeing a few slabs of ribs, a pkg or 2 of chicken thighs, some pork chops, and what I'm pretty sure was ground chuck and the fruits & vegetables were very accessible they were on the shelf, in the freezer, drink box, bread section, chip section, and the floor. It was a precursor to what was ahead, once you battled through the first obstacle you were met by a grossly understocked freezer section, and then the first dry shelf aisle I entered offered everything from hammers to potato chips to RC cars. The rest was a blur. The store looked like a 5 yr olds bedroom after a sleepover which kind of explained why the 2 people that I could tell were store employees, well I hope they were because 1 came out of an office behind the registers and the other was the 1 that manned the register, were in the canonic state they were in. The guy, I'll assume was the store manager walked back and forth from that room to the plate glass window in front of the store like a duck at a carnival shooting game my guess is he was looking for the other 4 or 5 employees to get there or the grim reaper I'm not sure. Now the person behind the register was quite the multi-tasker. Between the cellphone, snack, holding up the cigarette section, and holding the 5 teenagers at bay long enough to deal with my inconvenient intrusion on what must be been what was left of the sleepover. On a good note, the store was open, and my experience at the gas pump was calm and went as smooth as I could've hoped. Unfortunately this review is a representation of when you hire employees 1st off you get what you pay for if you can get anyone at all.

This store could be excellent but stock is usually sitting around on floor. Pepsi man was there this morning and did not seem to know anything about pepsi products. Store needs more help that actually works. Just do not see workers on floor stocking. Only see one cashier most of the time. I feel there are others somewhere. Produce department has a lot of items not fresh. It goes bad and is left on shelf which makes all produce look bad.

Worst place to shop or get gas at. Only because the cashiers are rude. It needs to be closed down.

The Dollar General in Pelham, Ga is sad. The older lady working the register screaming for help while other staff sitting outside hanging out.
