When I tell you I don't like this company wirh a passion. Not only do they bait and switch you they also add things on saying you don't have to use it like mobile to get a discount and I never activated it but now I'm being charged for mobile and I don't have the service, it's just so they can get some type of commission. Why am I still being charged for internet and tv and when I cancelled Tv months ago and still being charged for it I only need internet !!! And they make it super difficult to even pay a bill when you're suspended and can't talk to anyone customer service is lacking !! ...I think.im definitely leaving as soon as I can !!

This review is not just about this store but xfinity mobile in general. Worst customer service. Very rude and unprofessional agents. Either they know very little or not interested to solve actual customer problems. I have been unsuccessfully trying to place a damn new phone order from last 5 days. Wasted 5 hours in 4 different calls and still not resolved.

I have never had to jump through so many hoops to try to manage my phone. I endured a 2 year mobile contract with this company and couldn't wait to leave. They absolutely are behind in the mobile arena. I'm not giving them anymore money. 0 stars if it were possible.

Staff is not professional at this location. Service for mobile is not good at all. Internet is competitive.

We loved working with Anica to get switched over from Metro to Xfinity! It’s crazy to think about how much money we saved by combining our internet with phone service (less money than a 2 person line with Metro). Anica was so patient and helpful: her gentle nature and kindness made our visit fly by. She was so informative and saved us so much money by telling us about all of the special promotions and deals. We are so happy!

If I could give NO stars I would. The people in this store are a disgrace to customer service. Xfinity Mobile is terrible cell service and this store in particular are the mob. They are nice and upsell you to spend all this money then they lock you in an treat you like dirt. The one guy in particular I dealt with today wouldn't tell me his name and was very aggressive and raised his voice and acted like he wanted to throw hands terrible shake my head Don't go to Xfinity whatever you do it's not worth it
