I wish this location was my ‘home’ branch. Everyone was so polite and it was such a pleasant experience. Linda is awesome!! A complete 360 compared to branches closer to me.

Not sure what the purpose of even having cash if you can’t deposit it in someone’s account if you’re not a member of the bank. Also the manager Shannon Page. Does not represent the company she really just exists in the location. Doesn’t do a good job communicating. She’s condescending. And lacks sympathy she also said to me I shouldn’t have access to my sons account. As if she knows my circumstances with my child. She was unhelpful and I would never bank with Wells Fargo. I will be taking my sons money from this bank. She gave me no answers but ALL THE MAJOR BANKS DON’T ACCEPT CASH deposits from someone whose not on the members account.

Quick trip to the drive-up ATM made my transaction easy.

Terrible customer service! Understaffed, rude, and incompetent. I should have followed my instincts and left instead of making the line to make a simple deposit. What should have been the simplest and most straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare…Do yourself a favor and just go to a branch in Johns Creek or Alpharetta. Your quality of life will improve tremendously

Terrific and helpful staff. Branch Manager knows what she’s doing as well as being personable, professional and polished. Much better than an ATM!

Shannon Page- I suggest you go back to a training for customer service. Your greeting was brutal and unacceptable. That’s all I’ll say.Our visit was regarding a POD!Wells Fargo -Sad to give you such a low review.I’ve had my account here since the 80’s.Today my precious mother who lost my brother a month ago arrived at WF for a 10:00 appt. We were rudely greeted that our banker was out of the office. We all traveled an hour away for this appt. The person ahead of us was ten minutes late to their appt and we were able to take that slot. Thank you Kevin Urquhart! You get a much better rating.Ok Shannon, I hope you treat others with much greater customer care in the future. If I could I would take my money elsewhere.I’ll have my eye out for bankers who understand kindness goes a long way.

I must admit, it's hard to get used to the "new normal" which is that you have to make an appointment for anything other than simple teller service. However, just when I was ready to leave WF for good, Irvin Castro helped me and he's been so wonderful as a banker for me and my family. He always answers my questions patiently and helpfully. And he's always friendly and professional. He was recently on a family leave. I missed him but I'm glad WF gives their employees this kind of time so that they can maintain a healthy work/family balance. This helps keep fantastic people like Mr. Castro on the staff, for which I'm grateful! Thank you so much to Mr. Irvin Castro. Best ever!

Schedule an appointment to open an account ahead 1 week because I can only come on Tues. Arrived and got the notice the bank was down because of some type of issues. It is crazy how they not even give us a call or sth before we come. The confirmation has every info they needed. So disappointed. Want to try out Wells Fargo for the first time and I will never.

Customer service is DEAD, especially the branch located on Peachtree Pkwy - Norcross, Georgia. Keep in mind, THIS BRANCH IS APPOINTMENT ONLY! Don’t bother walking in. I left Wells Fargo years ago, however, my grandmother needed answers as to why her account was closed unexpectedly. This branch is closest to home. We’ve been helped in the past at this location with international transactions by a Bank Specialist Irvin Castro. He’s been helpful, knowledgeable, amicable, and professional in answering all the questions for my grandmother. (1⭐️). Unfortunately, there was only 1 bank teller working today 12/12/22 and the Branch Manager Andrew was the only one available at the time. Our interaction between us was short and belittling. For starters, he was not helpful at all in answering our questions. We told him we had spoke to Wells Fargo over the phone prior and they were unable to offer assistance and redirected us to our branch for answers. The manager Andrew at this branch did not sympathize nor acknowledge our frustration to offer more assistance until we showed the check that was mailed to our home from Wells Fargo. Almost felt like it legitimized our visit enough for him to take it upon himself to escalate our issue! He told us he couldn’t get us answers until an hour later and told us to come back once the 1 teller was off lunch break. Great, no problem, came back 2 hours later, and the Branch Manager said we were “late, so now you have to wait.” (He yelled this across the room by the way.) This branch manager’s customer service skills lack just about everything that it takes in carrying empathy, integrity, and civility. He failed to mention he would be setting up an appointment with the exact time the 1 teller was off break. He mentioned the time the teller would be back from break and we could stop back in for some answers, but we never agreed to an appointment. Once we came back in, we didn’t mind waiting, and as we waited outside the manager came to the door, rudely interrupted and asked, “do you still want to speak to a banker or not, because they’re ready?” Sheesh! I was baffled, I felt like I was speaking to a snarky immature schoolboy. I hope he reads this and learns that even if you don’t have empathy for your customers — at least have respect and commitment for your employer, yourself, and the job title you hold at such a prominent bank. After all, you are the face of the brand and I’m glad I won’t have to cross paths with one of your Mondays. Thankfully, Kevin, Bank Specialist, took over and let us know the reasoning behind my grandmother’s account closing. His personality and professionalism outshined his Branch Manager at this Peachtree Pkwy location and I applaud Kevin for being so personable and empathetic, felt like a breath of fresh air (another 1 ⭐️). He was the only reason we left our visit with a better attitude. Nonetheless, no one in my family will consider banking with Wells Fargo again in the future.

I had appointment to open an account for my grandkids. I took off my job and I was there 5 minutes before appointment time. They stood me up for 35 minutes and finally told me, sorry we have to reschedule your appointment and they had already called me 2 hours before appointment and had confirmed it. I would never go back there, it was disrespectful.
