I have been sick for 3 days, so I decided to make an appointment to get tested for the flu and covid. When I arrived, there was a woman there with her teen daughter-looked maybe 18 yrs of age. They were clearly walk ins. The mom saw me approach the counter and she immediately ran to the counter reaching around me as if I wasn’t there, basically shoving the clip board in the pharmacy tech’s face. The tech took it and proceeded to check me in. I went to sit down and as I was waiting to be called, the mom is glaring at me and the daughter is attempting to tell her about her plans for the day. As I am scrolling through my phone, the mom suddenly yells out “look at her hair all disheveled!! Oh you came to get your little flu shot”. YALL THIS PERSON WAS TALKING TO ME!. im sick, i could care less if my hair was in a messy bun.. so I think to myself - I don’t respond to trash like this, besides my energy is drained from being sick. So- i didn’t respond. The pharmacy tech us standing at the desk staring at her at this point, and another comes over and quickly administered the girl her shot and sent them on their way.All I could think was WOW- my first KAREN?. and yes! This trashy psycho was of course- a white woman??? Aint this something

LOVE Walgreens, cannot stand this location. I drive further to go to a different store. The staff are rude and not helpful, and I've had nothing but issues with the multiple purchases I've made here. I do not recommend at all.

This is for the Pharmacy only..... I've never seen rudeness until I experienced the pharmacy staff at this location. Personally the Pharmacy manager Benjamin Seagron who I spoke to today. I called after having a major surgery asking questions on what I need to do to get a reimbursement on my medications that I have never been charged that amount for. I've been a member of the pharmacy for over 4 years and mother heard the conversation and asked Ben to slow down because he rudely tried to rush me off the phone without giving the details I needed to submit the documents for a PA. First I was never called or text as normal to pick up my medications. I also asked at the time of drop off could someone call me with the pricing for my medications and no one ever did, my partner had to get them for me and they didn't even explain that I needed a PA. I'm a manager over a Primary Care office and I would never make my patients feel the way Ben did today being that it's really sick patients in need of care. I don't like how he also huffed and puffed at me like it's not apart of his job to help a customer. I'm very disappointed on how I was treated and you guys need to have a reteach on how your employees should talk to customers. Benjamin should not be overseeing anyone in the field of medicine with that attitude. I will be seeking out to Corporate in regards to code of ethics. This is not the first time he has seemingly not like his job or friendly with customers. This is sad you have someone working for you acting like a monster.

It’s impossible to get the pharmacy on the phone and my prescriptions are not auto refilled correctly anymore. What a shame.

Went there this weekend, store smelled like straight sewage. Went in tonight to load a card, guy said they can't load cards today. Not the first time it has happened. Why offer a service if you're just not gonna do it. Never has a manager there with a key or code to approve sales. Not to mention the terrible attitudes the employees have. If you don't wanna work there.....just quit. Stop giving ppl attitude bc you're unhappy with your life choices.

A pharmacy tech named Shravan is the most rude and unfriendly tech I've ever had to encounter. He had no manners & no sense of urgency when it comes to the drive thru line. I pulled up to the window and it took him 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. He definitely needs to work on his customer service skills and time management skills.

Worst service and pricing deference with the tag? Make sure anybody goes to check the price properly. 30 minutes nothing work. No great customer service. No Steppler manager just looking . Nothing helping to customers

On 12/15/22 I had a dilemma. I was to play Santa Claus at my son's school within an hour and could not locate my beard. I went to cosmetic counter but knew nothing about cosmetics. Yelena was there to help find a solution to get my black beard white. She not only grabbed a bottle of Joy brite spray color but helped apply it for me and saved the day. Not sure if this employee celebrates Christmas but that didn't matter to Yelena. A year ago people were wearing masks and treating people like they had bubonic plague now this employees was giving a personal touch to her job description. WAY TO GO YELENA!!

Caucasian male enjoys attacking younger females based off of their purchases and makes extremely rude comments to them and claims he’s “joking”. Cannot believe the nerve of these employees. Manager could care less when the issue was brought to her attention. Just goes to show they allow their employees to discriminate and harass their customers. Would not recommend going here if you want to make purchases in peace with decent customer service.
