Pleasantly surprised at a very positive experience at this Verizon store - I expected it would take longer than normal since it was a weekend, but we were helped right away by Malik McWilliams. He was so efficient in gathering our details, directing us to what we needed, updating our plan and was helpful and friendly all along the way. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to stop in again! Thanks Malik!

Laziness and lack of interest in helping was out of this world. What a shame!!! No customers were in the store and the two employees working even gave us attitude for having to give us the Verizon customer service number… they seemed upset that their conversation was interrupted. They didn’t want to assist us in activating our eSIM when we had already paid for the activation in another store. Some just lack the human gene!!!

Technically, this location deserves a zero star. Corporate should just shut it down. Stopped in on New Year's day. The woman who engaged me was rude. I wwould never set foot in this store again. Folks stay away and find your happy place.

We really liked the service we received from Erviya at this location. We went in to this store after an arduous 4 hour session troubleshooting an eSim issue with online support with no resolution. We were not even expecting they could do anything in store (since the phone support said they couldn't). So when Erviya helped set it up and fix it in about 15 mins, we couldn't be happier to be back to our normal lives with her help. It's our first few days on Verizon (we've always been with T-Mobile and ATT) and this experience helped reassure us about them.

Horrible experience was sold a case that didn’t fit my phone and when I tried to return it rep said the case fit when it clearly didn’t. Literally will do anything to make sale. Was told by another actual location never to go to authorized retailer locations. Wanted a full return refused to return my screen protector and kept it no stand or anything that came with it was even in the box. So I couldn’t return but they kept everything which I would consider theft by taking totally unacceptable customer service was non existent.

Scott was awesome to work with. Broke down the bill for us and helped us get a new line added with out costing an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend going in and asking for Scott!

Nate Bumpus at the Verizon store in Peachtree Corners (5150 Peachtree Parkway) helped me with moving from an old phone to a new phone for me and my sweetheart. It would be impossible to improve on his customer service abilities. He has to be the most knowledgeable person who works for Verizon. On top of that he is the nicest person you’d ever want to meet. I can’t say enough about Nate.If you need help with a phone or other services from Verizon, please contact Nate and you’ll see why I was so impressed with him.

The store is clean, that is about it. The sales person, I wont name names to protect him, did a really bad job. He was somewhat shady and quiet at times, like he was sneaking something in or doing something wrong. He didn't check to see if my phone was unlocked until end of session when he ported my number over from AT&T, so I had no service for a couple of hours. He needed to check on the unlocked phone in beginning. I had to go to AT&T to get it fixed, the irony. Then this Verizon store charged me a fee to set up my phone I brought over from AT&T, and that is just inserting the sim card into the phone, which he couldn't even do because my phone was locked. So he charged me for my own work, so unethical, the fee was $42.40, so don't fall for that scam.Update- I called the independent sellers customer service number to get my $42.40 refunded but they talked to me trying to help and put me on wait for ten minutes so I just hung up. Useless

Exceptional service. Went in at lunch and there were no sign in sheets or waiting to deal with. Kim Arroyo immediately greeted me and helped me with an ipad purchase, phone upgrade and plan upgrade. She was very knowledgeable and professional and really treated me like a VIP customer. Thank you for taking care of me and my family. Keep up the good work Kim. They are lucky to have you on the team.
