I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! First of all, Malik assisted me with getting a new phone, and it literally took less than 20 minutes. It is important to note the less than 20 minutes part because I had no service on my current phone at the time. So as a result, I had to go back-and-forth with my mom who is on the account and Malik made it such a smooth and reassuring process. He also helped me to get a really good deal on protection and a charger for my phone !!! I just really appreciated the people who work at this Verizon store they are all so kind, quick, and down for a laugh !

Jo Alyce did an incredible job getting my son's Samsung tablet set up. I have been a customer for over 10 years and though I've bought phones, cases and recently a Gizmo for my son the tablet was purchased elsewhere. JA still made time to set it up with safety features installed and helped with appropriate apps. Great job thx

Thank you have a great day. I just did business at your Peachtree Corners location and was helped by Kim. She was amazing——polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I come back, I will wait as long as it takes to make sure she is the one to help me. My recommendation is that y’all do whatever it takes to retain her as your employee

Was asked to leave my phone at store with salesman and would get a call back. I called on Sunday and was told by the salesman he couldn’t find my phone and he would call me back. Still waiting for call back.

Pleasantly surprised at a very positive experience at this Verizon store - I expected it would take longer than normal since it was a weekend, but we were helped right away by Malik McWilliams. He was so efficient in gathering our details, directing us to what we needed, updating our plan and was helpful and friendly all along the way. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to stop in again! Thanks Malik!
