If I could leave 0 stars, I would. No one ever answers the phone (I've tried over 10 times today) and my mail carrier continues to shove packages into my tiny mailbox (which I'm unable to remove due to the lip of the box, so I have to tear open my package in order to get my items out). Our neighborhood has a community mailbox instead of individual mailboxes at our homes, which is why we also have overflow locked boxes specifically designed for packages due to the limited space in our individual locked mailboxes. When I left a polite note asking my carrier to please stop doing this (along with the ripped open box still stuck in my mailbox), he decided to be petty and bring the ripped open empty box to my front door.

Unprofessional service!We went around 10 am on a Saturday for my daughter’s passport application renewal and we were told that they only take few walk- in appts on Saturdays, asked us to come at 9 am to get it done. Next week we were there sharp at 9 am, and they did not take any walk in’s on that day. We went from long distance as very few USPS offer walk-ins on Saturdays.Staff there also were rude and maintained unhealthy communication.Pls don’t waste your time for passport service at this location. Their staff need to be oriented better about how to respect public, their time and efforts in the process of making it.Any Job is not just about salary or pension & it also about showing respect, service and satisfaction.,

What does it take for management to realize their lack of customer service?Moved to a new address and have been having mail issues, every visit to this place ive had the unfortunate luck to deal with a nasty employee named MOI wish i didnt have to come here but its my only option.I now have to check if useless MO is working, if she is then i just leave and try my luck another day.

They will never show up for my re-delivery request. I have requested several times, but no one showed up. Terrible service. I always end up picking it up from the branch by myself.------------------------I feel like a racist by the man staff.This is what every USPS staffs doing.I don't want to come again.I said hello, but after seeing me, he didn't say a word. Also I say have a good day, ignore me.Good job, racist African American man.

Not friendly service counter employee — not helpful in assisting repacking the packages which I was unaware I had to do (provided QR code). Had to buy $3.99 for tape when he easily could’ve given me three strips. Won’t be utilizing this location again.

I was very nervous when entering the office as I was mailing my passport for a correction and I needed everything to be done correctly. Brenda and Miesha were so kind to calm my nerves and so efficient that the whole thing only took less than 5 minutes! The line moved quickly thanks to all of those who were working there and I really appreciated all the help. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing, but above all they had an amazing energy that made things easier. Those women really made my day ?

Wondering if anyone reads these. Unfortunately for us, we rely on them for our every day mail. I have never worried about mail in my entire life, until I moved to my new address and had to deal with these people. All they care is about keeping the line moving(even if there is no line) they don’t care about anyone’s issues and will send you everywhere else but handle it themselves. I have not seen my mail in 11 weeks, was told to complete all kinds of forms, bring in and scan a QR code, verify my identity in person, sign up for informed delivery, you name it, all of the above I have done and still haven’t seen my mail. Thanks for nothing!Update: I stopped by once again, spoke with a gentleman who was kind enough to look for my mail, to my surprise it was in the back the whole time!! 3 months of no mail, and no one bothered to look. Got the name of the clerk, Mo, perhaps there’s a better job you can do to contribute to society, this certainly isn’t one of them.

Everyone who worked here is black, and the guests are mostly white, and maybe because they've been treated well by white people, they're being rude and disrespectful to Asians. This is where I was racist.Among the people who work here, especially the white short haired woman whose name started with an L looked at me like she was ignoring me every time I came and stared at me.She even mocked at me

The employees are incredibly rude and I believe them to be racist. My mother was attempting to send a package overseas and was told that the receiver of the package may need to pay an additional customs fee. When she asked about how much this customs fee might cost, she was belittled and was told to leave. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I don’t know why I even considered going back to this place when the new UPS store opened near my house. The employees here have their attitude held back by a hair-trigger; ready to go off at the slightest question to their commands. I’ve yet to have a positive experience at this location in the nearly 10 years at my current residence.

I have been living at my current residence for 2 years and I presently recieve everyone's mail in my box but my own. I attempted getting a PO box but for an entire year I revieved not 1 peice of mail in it. I have sent numerous requests and still NO MAIL. My mail is being returned to sender and I am getting no assistance.

I am a woman of my word ‼️I told this staff member that I would follow-up & share my experience........"So very appreciative "During this visit, I had to ensure I remembered everything needed, as, this was regarding a matter that's 2 months of saga & counting.Next time, I will definitely obtain this clerks name, b/c she's whom I would make all efforts to go to. The way she listened to my concerns, quickly thought of variables & demonstrated such patience, care & knowledge; it was delightful, as well as, refreshing. Then, I walked away from the counter, for a moment, leaving all of my personal paperwork by accident. However, she covered me, placing my envelopes on her side of the counter, until I returned. Boy, I'm soooo very grateful I went to clerk # 14. She was the cherry on top of an extremely challenging & demanding day.Any time I'm in the area or even remotely close, I will go to this location, with the hopes that she's working that day, just for the professional service she provides customers.
