Packages are not being properly delivered at this location and this is not the first time or from the first person management please look into this
On 8/16/24 my package was marked delivered 2:18pm EST
4:10 Front desk didn’t receive a package
4:30 I went to the post office the guy notified me he remembered delivering it and printed me a copy of my package
4:35 went back to the the office where I was given a video of the delivery driver and what mail he dropped off. There was on package and some letters the package was medications
4:45 went back to the post office to show him the video and the end result was me being told I could get a refund
I believe allegedly that there is some foul play and mishandling of people packages.

They deserve ZERO star if there is a option. A wonderland to waste your life and time talking to people here.
Apparently no one cares and they lied to you simply because they don't want to work.
USPS failing logistic system waste me 2 months to find my passport. They failed to deliver to me from the embassy and return my passport back to the foreign embassy after two months. (But of course this is not this post office fault. I am being fair.)
I was trying to re-print my receipt at this location for my second package. The lady at the desk lied straight to me saying without the exact person who help me to send out the package. She couldn't print out the receipt. Without looking for assistant from her supervisor. She chose to lie just because she didn't want to help.
She had me stand by and took off.
I pointed out to the supervisor at the next station. Though she helped me to print out the receipt, she hush me to say anything what that lady did to me.
SHAME ON THEM.

Today I showed up to return a package, I took my box, taped it shut and printed the label.
I proceeded to go to the USPS office in Peachtree Corners, when I got to the customer service person, he told me that the label had to be taped to the box, I looked at him and said oh yeah right, I was just going to grab his tape and he said if you take the tape from here I will charge you $4.90 to use it, I looked at him not believing him because no USPS office is like that, until now, I thought maybe he is acting like that because there was a minute left to close, I don't know but I didn't like his attitude, I'm sorry but I had to show my

Absolute worst experience ever trying to get a passport. From the moment I stepped up to the counter I was met with rude and a completely unprofessional attitude from the gentleman working there. In most jobs if you handled people the way that this gentleman spoke to me, you would on a performance Or lose your job. Save your time and go somewhere else to get your passport.

I had a passport appointment for my kids. Everyone was patient, made sure I had everything complete, and made the process easier to manage.

Since moving to Atlanta last year as an Asian I have had several experiences of awful racism from black people. Mo is one of those experiences.

Asked to see my QR code to scan it. He then scolded me for the angle I had my phone at because the light was bad for his eyes! These people are so ridiculous. There’s a special afterlife waiting for usps workers!

When I was told I would have to mail everything for my passport renewal through the USPS, I psyched myself up for a not so great experience and headed over to the Peachtree Corners location. Talk about a nice surprise! I was helped by the nicest lady (I failed to get her name, darnit!) who reviewed my info, and made sure I had everything filled out correctly (make sure you sign and date the application with black ink!!) and had me out of there in a jiffy knowing that my passport renewal should be seamless. This branch has completely changed my attitude about the USPS and is my go to moving forward! Highly recommend!

Rude customer service never coming back to this location. Was talked down to by the nastiest women ever who had short blonde hair and a bad attitude. She said I needed to pay extra for my small envelope package when I have mailed similar envelopes MANY many times. She also berated my boyfriend saying he should pay for it. What century does she live in???

If you are in need for cheap entertainment, your time will be well spent here. Behind the counter sits a real-life Baby Huey, complete with a Biblically huge ego and an IQ the depth of a modest bird bath. If you do not press the button to choose a receipt, his inner baby reveals itself. He will take your money, keep the goods you just paid for, declare that no one will wait on you, and reveal the thin veneer covering his ghetto attitude and speech. Who still uses, "Yo Mamma" as an expletive today?
Behold the chorus of postal workers circling the wagons to protect Baby Huey from reality. Listen for the cry of "Call the police". Realize that it was only for show. Wonder if his hire was derived from nepotism or pity. He is truly a singularity in a competitive workplace, but alas, merely common in today's postal environment. Someone felt sorry for Baby Huey and his lack of skills. As you leave, you may feel sorry for him also. This gives the accidental tourist something to do while waiting for someone to give him his bottle or change his diaper. Maybe abortion should be legal, even at the 120th trimester.
One could only wish.

They are pathetic as a post office. I dread coming into this establishment. They constantly have attitudes, talk down to people, are dismissive if you ask detailed questions & will even lie to you regarding packages you maybe waiting on. God speed to anyone who is forces to walk through their doors. ?

The people in this place are useless, they don't work, they are just on drugs and they serve whenever they feel like they don't solve the problem that they themselves cause by their disorder.

Only my most expensive packages get stolen here, so they're a little better than Webb Bridge that steals half of everything.
