Bad communication. The lady in the collection department is very rude and she curses at the customers . I will never recommend any one to get a car here . Bad service . They wouldn’t let me get my belongs out of a car they trashed my things . I called every day of the month for them not to communicate with me and leave me on hold and never come back to the phone

Don’t waste your time if you really value yourself. This lady will rip you off, but only if you give her the chance to do so. I’ve never seen a BHPH questioning so much to their customers.

I wish, I wish I wish I would have read the reviews. I would have not use this dealership for anything l, not even a bicycle. This DEALERSHIP is a scam and they use what seemed to legal practices, but they do violate laws and I pushing for them to be held liable criminal and civil….

I have purchased many vehicles, and I am literally sitting in the dealership writing this post I started the purchase fri and it's mon around 6 now I ask did they change the oil especially hearing the salesman next guaranteeing the the other customers car oil will be changed, but I was told the there just to busy. Secondly I had my own financing so this deal should have been treated as cash. After being told that everything was already when I got here I was to it would be another's 15 minutes well that was an hour ago. Then the ask for a license for proof of address then suddenly that was not good enough they want a bill from my home. I am in a custom service field and this is not good customer service. I just prey my car is better than some of these other post.

If you value things such as INTEGRITY, HONOR, and RESPECT for your hard earned money and time then i can not stress it enough. Shop elsewhere!!!! do not give these people your money. Everyone in this establishment are crooks from the owner on down. Again, they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY people.
I’m not sure how they have so much as 1 good review, i cannot speak to that but what i can say is to believe every 1 star review that you see/read.. Several ppl in a social group that lm involved in reached out to me about another young lady in the group who recently purchased a ford pickup truck from these people. She had given them over 5k in down payment money only for them to snatch the truck right back from her b/c she defaulted for a couple of days..
They did not allow her the chance to pay the late fees, and bring the loan current even though her salesman told her that it would be ok to make the late pick up payments. They took advantage of her trust trust then treated her with utter disrespect over the phone for simply requesting to speak to the owner and negotiate getting the truck back. If you still don’t believe look these people up on BBB (Better Business Bureau). YOU WILL SEE that not only are they are NOT BBB accredited, they have several individuals on there with serious complaints/accusations about how they conduct business.

I am in the market for a used vehicle and ran across this place on car gurus after seeing what appeared to be a good deal on a truck. After seeing a couple of not so good reviews on there i came to google just to do a little more research before deciding if i wanted to go with this dealership. One thing i can tell you as a consumer looking to do business with a company you’re unfamiliar with is that the most valuable thing you can do is check out the reviews of prior customers and read truly read them.
Now I don’t know these ppl and i wont pretend to but i do know when I’m reading sincerity. After looking at many of the reviews on google (especially the most recent ones) Iv decided that the risk is not worth the deals on their vehicles. Im very big on integrity and character and by the looks of it these individuals have none from the Ower on down.. I believe the reviews have saved me a lot of time and headache. READ REVIEWS!!! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. Your pockets will thank you for it

What was supposed to be my first car buying experience turned into a shady and ridiculous experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I recently bought a used Toyota Rav 4 from this place on October 12 (Saturday). Wanted to test drive it of course and upon entering the car with Ashton the salesman the first thing he mentions is the trunk WILL be fixed (the panel was detached from the trunk and laying inside the car) as we’re test driving my mechanic notices the brakes and rotors were pretty bad, and we also notice the passenger seat was stuck and wouldn’t move back and forth, passenger fog light was not in its place as well as a piece missing from the middle console that prevented it from working properly. Again, Ashton confirmed that they would all be fixed. The rest of the rest drive and purchase went through fine Ashton was very kind and helpful even kept me updated as financing was processing over the weekend on his day off. Went to pick up the car Monday and everything seemed fine (side bar: as I was waiting for the car I was told it will only be a few minutes they were detailing the car - that was a lie the car was dusty and not cleaned at all). I realize later that evening the only thing they fixed were the brakes and rotors I even noticed that the remote to lock and unlock the car wasn’t working as well. The trunk was not attached properly and obviously not working properly. It’s missing the tailgate power lift support shock struck and causing it to be misaligned and doesn’t even open. When I took the car back Tuesday I told another salesman of my issues and how I was told that all these things were going to be fixed and they weren’t. Unfortunately a manager wasn’t there, but another employee fixed my key remote and told me to come back the next day. When I came back, the salesman went to talk to the owner and he told me that she said only fixing the brakes and rotors were a part of the contract nothing else. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she doesn’t speak to customers -_- mind you, she’s literally sitting across the room from me. The salesman could see how disappointed I was and told me to contact the finance manager maybe something could be done. I mean why would I pay $14000 for a car that doesn’t work properly on top of me being told those things would be fixed (I know now I should have gotten that in writing - first time buyers mistakes) but they knew what they were doing. I reached out to the finance manager and told her everything and she said she would speak with the owner and the salesman and get back to me… have I heard back? Of course not because these places make their money off of scamming people. It’s absolutely disappointing, especially the owner not willing to rectify or provide explanation. An owner who looked me dead in my face and ignored me. If I could give zero stars I would.
Update: upon having to order the trunk support myself which was over $100, my mechanic was able to attach it only to find out THESE
PEOPLE CUT THE WIRING! I couldn’t connect the new piece to the trunk to use with the remote and buttons bc the wire had been cut so there was no way to connect it. Also, when my mechanic was checking my brake pads we noticed there were lug nuts missing from two tires. And again they claimed to have detailed the car but there was dirt all over the back floor and trunk and the seats were dirty. It’s really disappointing that these folks are still in business really scamming folks and cutting corners.
I REALLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Understand the “owner” only cares about making sales and not the actual persons needs or safety. If you have any issues understand they don’t care and the owner does not talk to customers. I hope this place gets what they deserve.

PLEASE!! PLEASE!! PLEASE!!! Do not shop with these ppl.. they are SCAMMERS!!! Believe all of the 1 star reviews no matter the circumstance. Customer service is terrible, communication amongst their team is not consistent and they will refuse to negotiate with you based on their own mishaps.

I purchased my 2014 Audi q5 , in July . Car was being driven by the owner so it was a no brainer to get it . It’s in good condition has not stopped on me 1 time or had any issues . I did purchase an extended warranty and good thing I did it has 7600 worth of work to be done , most of it is work that has to be done over 100k miles , all approved . So I’m getting it done through Audi . I would tell people ask questions and no matter the car since it’s a used as is car , to purchase an extended warranty via 3rd party . They are used cars expect it to come with some work to be done . It’ll save you the head ache . Jenny is responsive as long as you let her know ahead of time of things :) even changed my due date to fall on my days paid . Good service especially for a car I have less than 11k owed on will likely be paid off by next year

The place Is A Place of Fraud I bought this c250 they never gave me a invoice - Recipe for the payment of 1500 down the same day I Bought the car it broke down it started smoking I was stranded on the side of the Road Called these people and they told me to jump the car they ignored my calls telling staff to tell me they are not there I had to go there in person never gave me back my deposit and when I spoke to the manager Jenny she told me she will see me in court then I bought the car back they ended up selling it in my name the car is still on my credit and I never even made one payment Scammers I went to court and spoke to the judge and let him know all the Fraudulent Transactions they made against me this place needs to be shut down and I told the judge how they told me I had to payoff the car in cash to get the car back 25,000 in a week this place needs to be shut down the worst place to get a car in Georgia Lemon Law They Use Used Parts My Driver Door was broken they never fixed it and the Gear Shifter they took out of one of there other cars , The car was Sold With a Blown Turbo Mercedes Told me it was a 4000 dollar repair , Shut This Place Down When I spoke to the manager He Cursed me out and told me he ain’t giving me a Penny Back The Disrespect!!!! They did the same thing to my friend and his Mercedes Shut This Place Down Georgia I had the court at my door from these people when I gave them there car back Shut It Down ! I don’t wish this much Evil on nobody’s Life !

I wish I could give U.S. Express Auto zero stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, I was misled about my auto loan. The dealership unwound my loan without any valid reason, leaving me in a financial lurch. When I inquired, they provided with no explanation. It felt like they were playing a game, with no regard for their customers. To add insult to injury, they repossessed my BMW without any just cause. I had made my payments on time, my insurance and plates were up to date, and yet they took my vehicle as if it were a routine transaction for them. Their lack of transparency and communication throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering U.S. Express Auto to think twice. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism displayed by this dealership are alarming. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
