Kelly is very sweet and very good at doing my nails. Came here based on reviews and I was not disappointed. I haven’t had quality nails in a WHILE. This is the place to go!!
*UPDATE 05/10/24: I’ve been here 4-5 times since this review. I will NEVER go to another salon again, this is the spot!! Kat does an amazing pedicure and does NOT rush the process!
*UPDATE 5/31/24: Came back again and once again not disappointed ?
6/19/24: And AGAIN!?

Kelly, my nail tech, is so kind and patient. My gel nails are just perfect! The space is clean and so welcoming. I highly recommend Urban Nails, as I know there is so much competition out there!

This was first time at this location. I called in ahead of time to get a pricing on a french tip pedicure. I set up an appointment and went in. There were a couple ppl in, but I didn’t wait that long to be seated. Overall, the pedicure was great, I was long overdue. My only complaint is I wasn’t satisfied with the french tips. I decided to go with regular polish instead of gel, I was on my phone and before I looked up, all my white tips were on my toes BUT with no nudish or pinkish base like a french tip is supposed to be executed. By the time I noticed, all ten of my toes had white tips so it was too late for me to say something. I was quite disappointed since it isn’t really a french pedicure, it was just a pedicure with white tips. Other than that, everyone super nice and I still tipped even though I wasn’t full satisfied with my pedicure. They also have a convenience fee for using a credit card which is inconvenient on the customer end.

Absolutely GREAT nail salon in the Atlanta area !! I must say this was my first time here and I could not have been happier !! SNS in my nails and gel pedi !!
The SNS were done PERFECT !!
I will not go any where else
She nailed it !!!
And the woman who did my pedi was great !! She really did a great job in my toes
And her massage was wonderful !!
A little on the pricey side but well worth every dollar !! Very clean modern and a happy staff

Came here while on vacation and had a fantastic experience! The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job with my pedicure and listened and accommodated my needs wonderfully. Everything was very clean, organized, and sanitary
Will definitely come back here the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Love my nails, but they are too expensive. i dont like when I am nickle and dimed for every little thing they do. I'd rather pay a larger tip

Ahhh-mazing pedicure with Hana today. Just what I needed after a 12 mile run. She uses good pressure on the leg massage a works out all the kinks. I have had ingrown big toe nails removed and she spends time really cleaning them out and trimming them. This saves me trips and expense at the podiatrist. Really enjoy this special treat for myself every so often.
