Jamie and J were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with all aspects of shipping. Truly appreciate their kindness (carrying boxes) and efficiency (processing multiple items with speed and accuracy). They also packaged items for me with care so they would not be damaged. Highly recommend!

I have used the store since it opened for both my business and personal deliveries.The team are friendly, helpful and efficient they also guide me as I build my own small business.The difference in requirements across retailers and their return policy creates challenges, I am glad of their guidance and happy to pay for packing services if and when needed to ensure my items and my business delivers arrive in good condition and on time.Thank you

I went here to complete an Amazon return. The guy claimed it would be a $1 box taping fee. I’ve been to many different stores and they’ve never charged me any type of fees. The item was in the original box and the package was unopened. I left and went to the 6050 Peachtree parkway store and they had me in and out in under a minute without any hassle. I would not recommend this store at all.

Harry was so welcoming and helpful! I embarrassingly brought in several amazon returns today. with a huge smile and friendly attitude Harry asked me how my day was going and if I needed anything else. It is a breath of fresh air to meet kind helpful people. I would definitely recommend The UPS Store on Peachtree Corners.Thanks again Harry!

Terrible store. I went to this store and returning Amazon package. My box need a little tapes to seal(less than 1 foot in total) . The guy worked there and an Indian lady tried to charged me $3 for this. Total non sense

Have been here in the past without any issue. Now with two new people who refused to take a package that said USPS/ UPS innovations and refused to tape up the box without the cost which in my experience has been pretty customary. I tried to call the customer service for the company in which I was returning merchandise to to clarify and the woman kept telling me reasons why they wouldn’t take the package without finding out whether the company wanted it returned to UPS. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Unnecessary hassle and unwillingness to help.
