Terrible customer service… there was an issue at the self checkout… I waited for 20 minutes and no team lead, manager, or any other employee helped or acknowledged..there were at least 4-5 that looked over or walked by and didn’t even bother to help .. there were only 2 self checkouts open out of 4 so the line got very long… and still no one acknowledged any guests… so after 20+ min of waiting for assistance, I called the store and asked the manager to send someone to help me at the self checkout. Then one of the lady that looked over at me 5 min before but didn’t bother to assist comes over and clears the issue on the self checkout…but she was very unapologetic and had a nasty attitude… never told sorry for the long wait and never thanked me for waiting so damn long…. WTH happened to Target? It used to be a guest first policy.. the customer used to be top notch… now, their customer service is just as bad as Walmart. I will never shop at this Target again… Their employees need to be retrained…

Stopped into this location for some essentials while staying in town for business. This is the first Target location that no cashiers were working and the only option was self checkout. The line was extremely long and the guests looked stressed and anxious. I made the decision to go next door to the grocery store for my items.

This target may be low on stock in certain hot items, but they make up for it in customer service..

Just left a review on similar issue at Burlington Factory. My next chore was to pick up an preordered item at Target. So 6PM not a single cash register open. About 20 people line up for 4 self check out registers. The only way to pick up preorder item is at Exchange and Return desk where there is one, rather disinterested person working. Well she is taking overflow from self checkout line especially people with full carts. Again number of Target employees walk by with no one stepping up to reduce length of line. No wonder people order on line and skip this type of experience. Again, in this case could not beat the price so I will stick it out.

I often have my daughter order my items and I pick them up and let me tell, I absolutely love the attendants that bring my items out of the store. I finally had to go into the store for something and the experience was what I expected. The store was clean and everything was where it needed to be. I did not interact with anyone but I observed the customer service representatives and it truly warmed my heart.

Convenient for us, but this store is consistently higher than their online. Have to really watch the Target App. They will honor their online prices at checkout.

The personal was nice in general, but the guy who helped me was a bit serious and salty (the one with a lot of spider-man pins). Overall nice experience :)
