“Shoutout to the team here. You all do an amazing job keeping the store clean, organized, and easy to shop in. I wasn’t an ALDI shopper until I moved nearby, but this location completely won me over. After moving again, I started visiting other ALDIs and realized how spoiled I was, as none of them come close to how nice this store is. Great job to everyone here!”

“Incredible place to buy whatever you can think of in the area. I loved everything they have to offer in terms of delicatessen, groceries and vegetables. I was able to get quite a few products similar to those from my country in Latin America. The only bad thing is the slightly high prices of some products, but I see it as normal due to the import cost. The service and attention was super good and I left satisfied with my visit to this place.”

Their swiss milk chocolate candy bar is the bomb
It was just a $1,29 before COVID. Then what went up to $1.39. It stayed that price for a long time till a few months ago when it went up to $2. Then $2.19, and now $2.35 and fee there is l a bit less chocolate in the bar (less weight) aka shrinkflation. I don't blame Aldi but I do blame The one imposing tariffs, which are just taxes on all of us”

“I have to say, the “Twice as Nice” policy at Aldi is great - “If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, we will gladly replace the product AND refund your money.” I recently was not satisfied with a food item and had to bring it back and not only got a replacement for the item but also got a full refund back! I have to say I was very skeptical at first, just make sure to look for this label (pic attached). Policies like this help Aldi stand out and I wish more business establishments would have policies like this. It is sad that the customer service has gotten so bad recently for many other businesses in the area. Thank you Aldi, keep up the great work!”

“I ordered a cake for my mom to help her out for my 5 year old brother's party today. Mom went to the Publix to pick up the meal and cake. The Deli customer service was 5 star. The Bakery Manager ability to rectify the situation is a 5 star. The cake online looks good and professional. Being that mom worked in the bakery and talks so highly of the skills, I ordered a Black Panther Warrior Cake. This cake looks very in unprofessional. The bakery manager was great to Mom and offered to completely remake the cake. We just didn't have time to do it over. He gave a discount. Mom brought the cake home. Everyone at the party complained of the cake. It tasted bitter and like hand sanitizer. You be the judge ..... I know Publix could've done better. I also uploaded the picture of what mom expected the cake to look like with the last two pictures, and what we received with the first set of pics. We returned the cake and bought cupcakes. The Bakery Decorator gets 1 stars for effort. If you're not able to do something, Be Honest!
The bakery manager was pleasant and willing to make it right. I wish we had more time for him to remake the cake. Mom told me how pleasant and helpful he was. Thank you Sir! I hope the next cake order is better than this one.”

“This is my favorite grocery store! It’s always very clean and well stocked with my favorites! The best part though is the customer service. Any experience I’ve ever had here has been so great - I left my wallet one day and a team member went out of their way to reach out so I could get it! And today, I had bought a steak and accidentally left it at the register, but the store was so kind and let me replace it at no cost! It’s rare to find places that really care about the customer’s experience, but this Publix always goes above and beyond, and it has made me a super loyal customer!”

“These are my people!!!! They're my family from other mothers! Michael and Danny are GREAT pharmacists!!! Everyone is just super nice, friendly, and actually cares about you. I went to the hospital for a week, and after I got out, they knew(bc of my medications coming in) and were very caring and concerned about me. Even today I went in and Danny said "it's great to see you looking better". All the girls are so sweet also!! Every time I go in I joke with them all and we have a great time bantering back and forth! Thank ya'll for being so hospitable and treating me like one of your own! I switched over from the Kroger up the street about 5yrs ago bc I would pick my mom's meds up here for her bc she's older and hard to get around for her. After meeting them, I switched mine over for good too!”

“The people working here are all so kind. The sandwich line can get long but they’re doing their best and it’s not a big deal lol. It’s a busy area! One of the managers Jerome went out of his way to make sure every person in line was happy and satisfied and making it all work efficiently behind the counter. The employees work so hard and are just sincerely nice. We could all move with a little more patience :)”
