I was on my way to another bank one traffic light away and was going back there only because of other information that they needed which was really excessive to me and became a inconvenience however I looked over and saw Cadence Bank and I decided hey let me try them first and when I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful smile and tons of professionalism my banker Angela took care of me with no problem and everything went smooth and now also met Freddy these two were absolutely amazing and made me feel super comfortable and got everything done that I needed and I'm getting ready to move my other two accounts to this branch. I will highly recommend this location.

I've had nothing short of an excellent experience with Fredrick and his team at Cadence Bank. Their approach to customer service is truly joyous, making every visit a pleasant interaction. The team's expertise in both business banking and personal accounts is impressive and reassuring. It's a rarity to consistently be treated with such respect, but that's exactly what happens every time I step into this branch. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making my banking experience so positive.

I had the pleasure of receiving OUTSTANDING service from this bank location. It was a pleasure to open a new account with the help from Rico Baker along with his staff. The customer serviced I received will have them handling all of my business and personal finance needs. Every customer that entered this branch they knew by first name and everyone had nothing but positive things to say about everyone who worked here. If you are looking to step away from a large bank, this is the place to go! Cadence Bank treats you like FAMILY!! Thank you!!

I opened online savings account but due to the unpleasant customer service experience and delaying in application processing I decided to stay away from this bank. I dont like lousy services. Briefly, after opening online account on Sept 19th I kept waiting to hear from the bank so I can login to transfer more money from another bank however got no response from this bank. Four days later I called customer service, surprisingly they had no info about my application. I provided SS#, Application confirmation#, DOB but no application found. Next day on Sept 23rd I received an email asking me to provide utility bill which sounds like most ridiculous thing ever heard. I already have BOA, WF, Cap1 accounts who never ever asked for the utility bills. Providing awful customer service and then asking for a utility bill to open an account will not attract customers like me. Improve ur customer service and make account opening process easy for potential customers will grow # of customers rather disappointing them with ridiculous demands. I dont understand how utility bill will help me or the bank in opening of the account when you guys already got my DL with address and SS#. Not recommmended!

I don't know how this branch stays open with the lack of customer service received from this branch. I tried to open an on 3 different occasion and each time I was told I needed additional information to open a Custodial account. When I brought in ALL the documentation they required they then indicated that because my court documentation was in another state in which they have multiple locations they refused to open the account. I went to Bank of America, a couple of miles away, they had their LEGAL dept. review the documentation and OPENED the account. I was done in 30 minutes.

Excellent customer service. Bank manager Rico answered the phone himself on the first ring when I called in to see about opening account. Gave me options very straightforward with no pressure. I had a rather difficult deposit (a lot of small bills) and I feel very bad about it but they were very accommodating and every employee in the bank seemed to jump in and help get it counted. Highly recommend, most all banks offer about the same thing nowadays so customer service counts alot. Very happy with my experience and recommend to anyone with a branch nearby.

My dad has been banking with them for years and now the new management more particularly the African American gentleman working the drive up, is giving customers a hard time. Go to the Lawrenceville/Duluth location. They’re much nicer and work with their customers.

Been a customer for 10 years. Folks like Martha Sue Watkins continues to exceed my expectations on a regular basis. State Bank has some great niche products that nobody else offers. I couldn't ask for a better group of folks to help me with my banking needs.

Just a bank 'want-to-be'. Their customers write checks that won't clear and when given additional checks, bank refuses to verify funds. Such a simple task, either their customer has money in the account or they don't. Not asking for personal info, just want to know if a large check is good. Crappy customer service! Would not even give them one star but you must choose in order to place a review, they don't deserve even one star
