She educated me and showed me options and that facility which were a little inconvenient. She asked me what I needed for my storage needs and offered me to check out her facility. “The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”
