Rude very rude workers I was trying to use my apple pay and the cashier was incredibly rude and another worker proceded to do so as well i am new to the area but will never walk back into this location ever again. All I was doing was just trying to pump gas not be to be mocked as a black woman so You can guess where this is going another day in America where your skin color and or your body image is problem for these non blacks out here. Never in a million years i would live to.see the day i can't walk outside my door without judgement on my apperance or my skin color. Race Trac definitely need training on how their cashiers interact with people because the way i was treated and how i felt should be strongly considered in how they train there employees.

Why don't racetrac companies teach employees thoroughly? They don't pretend to know when customers come and never say thanks when customers buy things. It's compared to a qt gas station. The employees there are like professionals. The QT company trains them thoroughly. But the racetrac employees were not professional. It looks like they are playing in the kindergarten of racetrac gas station.

I checked with the manager that there was a problem. He was unfriendly and hired staff members who were similar to him. The staff made the customer wait when the shift was changed, and there was no apology, but rather, they stared at the customers and didn't greet them. I bought a heavy bottle product, but the cashier put it in a torn plastic bag, so I put it back in a new one. Of course, there was no apology at all.

The lady working the counter this morning is not fit to be a racetrack employee and will not last long working there.

The machines for the coffee and the sodas are always broken. They are generally out of almost every creamer. If you can find a cup in the size you want good luck!. They tend to stand around and talk more than be concerned with the customers in the store.

Race Trac has everything you need. Boiled peanuts are a fun favorite here! Enjoy a fresh pizza bar. Soft drink are loaded. Place is easy and quick to get what you need and back on the road.

This racetrac is so bad with customer service. Everytime I go in there its something. This time the cashier was on the phone the entire time I’m trying to get something & pay. She was just texting away. Last time I came here the cashier was nowhere to be found!! Walked around the whole store looking and just end up leaving and going somewhere else smh
