I had the absolute worst experience at the deli department. I was on the phone but was trying to make eye contact with the lady behind the counter. I had to ask of there was someone that could help. I was told once I got off the phone. What?! If I had an ear bud would she have said that. And honestly, she was straight up rude! I will never go back. Never.

I like this Publix. Parking is much better than a lot of other locations even though, yes, you are competing with the Target crowd. The service/ wait at the deli is better here than at the Shallowford location in terms of being able to keep space from people and not having a cramped waiting area. Lines are long at most Publix stores at peak lunch/ dinner times - it's just to be expected. The chicken, sandwiches, and sushi brought in are always fresh and tasty at this location. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite locations besides the Lilburn/Rockbridge one.

I grew up shopping at Publix with my mother in Florida. I have since relocated to Atlanta and was pleased that Publix eventually built in this area. However, even before the pandemic... Everything about the Publix that I visit has been becoming more and more unsatisfactory. The push for self checkout is concerning. If the self check out practice is supposed to be saving Publix money on staff, then why has Publix raised its prices faster and higher than any other store in the area? Why doesn't Publix share the price of individual items on its website? Is Publix afraid of its high prices that are similar to Whole Foods now... but even Whole Foods puts their prices upfront on the website as every other grocery retailer aside from Aldi. What is Publix trying to hide? Publix used to have a tagline "where shopping is a pleasure" however it's not been a pleasure for over six years now... Does Publix think having a customer check themselves out and bag their own items is a pleasure? Get real: it's not!

The prepared foods and sandwiches area always takes 30min-45min to order one meal ( for one person not a family !) Never fails. Employees are oblivious to the line and don't care who's next just that a body runs up to the counter. No manager available, no one answers the phone, just don't bother with this location

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wasn't going to qualify but this is the third time this has happened, it takes them a long time to get a medication ready. and if you arrive and ask, they answer you in a bad way and with "IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A MESSAGE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE, DO NOT COME OR SHOW UP." I need the medicine for my 3-year-old son, he has been waiting for the medicine for two days and nothing. Will they have it ready for me, when my son is healthy? I have been visiting this pharmacy for many years but it is definitely time to look for better options.

Unprofessional stuff works here. They are telling on the phone that everything is ready (called twice to confirm), but at checkout they say that the drug is out of stock.

Very poor customer service. Went to counter to make 1 purchase, no one in front of me. I get to counter and lady at customer service wants to wait on man behind me. Manager on duty did not care. I contacted corporate, asked for district manager to contact me. 3 days have elapsed, no contact. They don't care about their customers, only about profit.

The customer service here is soo slow! If you have any plans of going to the deli try finding something else on the store to eat. When I was in the deli line I was waiting for about 25 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of us. The bright side was the employees were nice so still giving 3 stars.

I am so not happy with my pharmacy curbside pickup order experience.I had placed my order earlier in the day. I had a little trouble paying through the app. I tried again two hours later and was finally successful. Since I was not feeling well, I arranged for curbside pickup. I get to the store and park in one of the two spaces available. The other was occupied by an empty Gwinnett County police car. When you park in the space, it asks you to call and select extension 0. I advised the young man that I had placed a pharmacy order and was there to pick it up. I provided my name and birthdate. So, why did a young man come to my car to ask if I had placed an InstaCart order? What the what? At this point, I am so upset. Why the hell did I waste my time in the app processing a pharmacy order for pickup, only to be asked if I had placed an InstaCart order? At this point, I just got out of the car and went into the store. I then asked for a manager. I explained the situation and asked why my time was wasted when I explained I was there to pick up a prescription that was already paid for.Now everyone wanted to try and explain what went wrong with what I thought was a simple transaction. Access the Publix Pharmacy app, check if the prescription is ready, select an option (in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or delivery), pay for the prescription, park in the curbside pickup spot, call to advise I was there waiting, and have my prescription brought to me. Evidently, I am a fool because people seem to turn simple steps and convenience into an ordeal of momentous stupidity and inconvenience.I was going to have some other prescriptions transferred to Publix, but now I don't think that would be a good idea.

They did a great job with our birthday cake! We bought some cake toppers off Amazon and they did an amazing job of assembling an awesome scene on top the cake!

Owe my first born to a couple of these pharmacists. They've really helped me get my meds down to the affordable range multiple times. They didn't even hesitate when I burst into tears when they told me the original price. American Health Care is a hellscape but my friends here at Publix Pharmacy go out of their way to help.
