I've been using PTS for my company's apparel and accessories (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc) since 2015 and highly recommend them! PTS's great quality, fast turnaround times, competitive pricing, and flat-out AWESOME customer service simply can't be beat. Don't bother going anywhere else - PTS is the place you need!!

If you are looking for a quality embroidery service and stumble on this review, STOP YOUR SEARCH NOW AND CALL PTS PROMOTIONS!!!Matt did an amazing job with our order of golf polos. They have a huge selection of notable brands to choose from (Peter Millar, FJ, Nike, Ogio, Travis Mathews, etc). Basically any brand in any budget. We chose to go with an Ogio polo and couldn't be more happy.As for the embroidery it was on a different level of quality. I'm talking embroidery quality you only see at the PGA championship, US Open, Masters. Seriously, THAT GOOD!!!!Above all else the amazing customer service from Matt and the team as well as the prompt responses was the best! They even made a subtle change I requested for on the embroidery logo (changing flag color to red). Everything was done timely and perfect.I plan to tell everyone needing embroidery to go here and will use them again for my business!

They always get it right. That’s why I have been using PTS for 13+ years. Matt and Rusty are the best in the business. I’m talking staff, teacher, player and personal items they make it happen. I have never been disappointed. The item selections are awesome and they always have products ready on time. They take my visions and make them possible. They are always available to listen to my changes big or small and make my vision a reality — seriously great communication!!! I can’t recommend PTS enough!!!

Awesome...they serviced my Step Team last year. I had many changes in the creating stages of the shirts and other apparel. They were awesome in flexibility. I'm coming back this year. Great quality, and professionalism.

My friend referred me to Matt to get some t-shirts made for my auto shop. I have close friends who are in the business as well, but Matt's product and fair pricing was much better. Matt is super professional and even gave me a tour of his facility when I cam to pick up the shirts. I would recommend Matt over my friends!

Matt with PTS was fantastic to work with! We recently ordered 3 pallets of branded leaf bags to give out to the community which was a huge success.Matt was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure what we ordered made it to us on time. Matt & his team went over and beyond for us at Anna K Intown. I am super grateful and will be using PTS for many more promotional items in the future.
