“My customer service experience here has drastically gotten better since a particular new employee has started working here. I'm not entirely sure of her name. However, she greeted when i walked in, asked if i needed help, was efficient & effective in actually helping when i did need it & is always sure to send me off with a "have good rest of your day". The 4 stars are all due to her (i just remember she had braids). The other employees are still like zombies. The new manager is a bit full of herself as well. Always has a snark attitude when i go in there. The guys there...forget it.”
