“I was very nervous when entering the office as I was mailing my passport for a correction and I needed everything to be done correctly. Brenda and Miesha were so kind to calm my nerves and so efficient that the whole thing only took less than 5 minutes! The line moved quickly thanks to all of those who were working there and I really appreciated all the help. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing, but above all they had an amazing energy that made things easier. Those women really made my day ?”

“Lady there today was super helpful. I came in with hardware to send back to an eBay seller with nothing but my shipping return label and she did everything for me. I didn't spend a penny. And she was very sweet. Thank you Ma'am!”

“Today was my first time visiting this post office, because I’m new to the area. Typically when I go to a post office, I always find unpleasant attitudes. But today I had such a great experience. I went in for a passport appt. Not knowing what I was doing. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I also noticed that they have a great rapport with the locals. I had to leave a great review for them. Thanks Guys for such a seamless and enjoyable experience.”

“The USPS employees here are outstandingly professional, kind, and empathetic despite being understaffed and consequently quite busy. It's been my consistent customer experience each time I've come here that the people do their best (despite the unfortunate USPS budget), and they always go above and beyond to patiently help customers.”

“I wanted to send some large flat photo mailers international. I first went to the Briarcliff post office, where the clerk said they could not process international for some reason, and then told me that each packet required a customs form. So I took the forms and filled them out at home. The next day, I headed to the Chamblee post office, where I was told that they could not process international mail at their facility as their machines were down temporarily due to paperwork issues. The clerk recommended I go to the Dunwoody post office. When I went to the Dunwoody post office, the clerk questioned why I wasn't able to mail international at either facility, and said I didn't need a customs form for large envelopes that were less than 3/4 inches thick, and even showed me his screen with the instructions. There was no special machine to process international. He just used the same scale and program as for domestic. He processed my mailers at a letter rate which was much cheaper than the parcel rate that the Briarcliff clerk said I needed. I was in and out of the Dunwoody post office in a matter of minutes. I appreciate getting the quick efficient and accurate service that the other two post offices did not provide. For the record, the Briarcliff post office has not mailed international for me for at least two years that I recall. Guess I am driving to Dunwoody for this special service from now on.”

“I come here daily for my business. I’m impressed at how professional they are, even when people are screaming at them for something they didn’t personally do. I would cry or quit if people talked to me the way some people do to them. But they keep showing up, and again with high amounts of professionalism.”

“At a time when exceptional customer service is hard to come by, I'm consistently impressed by the dedication and kindness of Ms. Nelsoms and Brian at this Dresden Dr. location. During my weekly visits to pick up held mail, Ms. Nelsoms has gone above and beyond—tracking a mistakenly returned package and expediting a delayed mailbox key replacement. Brian, always a bright spot in a bustling environment, remains unflinchingly courteous and understanding. Despite the myriad challenges they face, both Ms. Nelsoms and Brian manage to provide outstanding service with unwavering poise! They truly deserve commendation for their exemplary efforts!!”

“Today I went for an money order. As soon as I stepped in cashier lady welcomed with smile. Got the money order in min of time and came out. Great experience from USPS.Note: i went around 02:19 PM someone mentioned in the reviews that this is the lunch break time. But no, i got my work done.”

“I ran in to mail a package and was surprised that there was no line to speak of. The clerk was super efficient and processed my package quickly. I love the USPS tracking, as I can see where the package is at any time. They do have a sign that they are out of Christmas stamps. I was able to order online earlier and got my stamps delivered. Highly recommend online services!”

“Honestly I have had nothing but good experiences here. Whenever I have problems at another location, I'll just come to this one here in Doraville and I never have a problem. They have always been nice to me. The only gripe I have about this location is that they don't have an a self service machine.”

“Went in regarding a package that was sent back to me and Sheila helped with with all my options. It was a nice change as I’ve had horrible experiences at the post offices in the cities north of Atl. Sheila was really nice and helpful.”

“If you need your job to be perfectly done, instead of going to any other clerk see Celena. She worked hard when I visited this location today she handled over 10 customers while others couldn’t process a single customer.”

“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”

“Good functionality. Workers are very friendly here! Sometimes the self service machine does not work, sometimes the package drop box is full. It's usually busy here but the line is always moving. PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO CLEAN ALL THE DISGUSTING DUST AND COBWEBBS ON THE HIGH CEILINGS!!”

“Compared with the Embry Hills branch down the street this place is the Ritz. Although, its terribly understaffed (thank Congress for that) the people who work there know their jobs well, are helpful in correcting any errors you might have made (imagine how much patience their jobs actually require!) and most importantly they are not vindictive jerks. So just go there during the morning when there are no lines and you won't have trouble.”

“It was clean inside and there is plenty of parking. It is outdated, but again cleaned and seemed to be well taken care of. I used the automated system and it was very straightforward and easy to use. They even have a little work station you can use to apply your stamps. I was mailing out my Christmas cards so I needed 30 stamps and figured it would be easier to come here and it was. I wish they would have had an option to choose Christmas stamps but they didn’t and it’s probably harder to have different options I guess? I didn’t go inside to the customer counters, but people seemed to be coming and going and none seemed angry or frustrated when they left. All in all it’s a Post Office but a good one. They do passports at this location and they can even take your photo. You just have to schedule an appointment. I’ll keep it in mind when it’s time for me to renew.”

“Hopefully, I got her name right, Faye, has always been helpful and efficient. I come here maybe twice or more per week and have no problems. She's the person at the counter 90% of the time and I love her speed. There's a man sometimes too and he's mannerable and efficient. Thanks for making my transactions smooth guys???.”
