The bank was great at helping me with my needs. I thought I couldn't do much inside, but the branch manager, Latisha, explained that I could ask any questions or conduct new banking inside even though transactions go through the ATM.

I came in and they only have a greeter who is bored out of their minds arranging papers and flyers walking around. They cannot help me deposit a check. I have to use an automated teller which of course I had to wait for.

Rude and inept staff.I came in with about 20 forms of ID, trying to resolve an issue with my account. They were not only not helpful, repeating my name or info back to me incorrectly at every turn, presumably entering it in icorrectly which caused the issues... but worst of all they treated me like a criminal. I've never left a bank with a worse experience. I've had great success with other PNC branches but nothing but issues with this one across multiple visits. Avoid this branch.

Horrible customers service walked in and they didn’t even say hi, just starred with a blank look. Stood in front of them for 3 minutes before they even acknowledge me.

PNC Bank lost my Stimulus Check. On February 2, 2021, I received my $2400 stimulus check. I signed the back and so did my husband, since his name is on the check. I deposited the check at my branch through the ATM machine. The next morning, I checked my account & seen the check was deducted out of my account. I called the bank and they told me since my husband's name wasn't on the account, I couldn't deposit the check without him being present to show his ID. We live really close and I told them, me & my husband would come to show our ID. I was told by the banker, that PNC would mail me the check & they no longer had the check at the branch. I called the PNC 1800 number a couple days later and was told the check could take 2 weeks to get to me, but it was mailed out. They stated there wasn't a tracking a number on the check. I think with an amount of a check over a thousand dollars, they should have a tracking number. Well, a month goes by and still no check. I decided to go to the branch. I went to the branch and talked to a banker. He checked my account and seen when the check was deposited and then taking out. He told me the check was mailed out the next day. He called the 1800 number to confirm everything and once again I was told the check was mailed out. I then was told to contact the IRS. I contacted the IRS and was told, since the check was already endorsed there is nothing they can do about it. PNC lost my check and basically is telling me too, they can't do nothing about it! Why wouldn't PNC but a tracking number on a check over a thousand dollars? Now, I'm screwed and don't know what to do. I'm starting to think someone in that bank took my money

Nothing but pleasant experiences with this branch…Friendly, fast and courteous service. Banked with PNC for over 15 years now and so glad they have an awesome presence in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Great if you need an ATM. Bad if you need conventional teller services like a simple withdrawal. They have iPads where there would be deposit/withdrawal slips. Well one iPad, one was missing. I guess that's where I process a withdrawal? Except i still have to sit and wait for a banker to get a roll of quarters? Using technology that doesn't make things easier isn't hip or progressive. It's just annoying. Sit down with the banker and they essentilly take that opportunity to review your account and cross sell other uncompetitive bank products. 10 minutes of my life I will never get back. I just walked outside and used the ATM. Maybe I can exchange it into quarters at the gas station. I won't go into another branch unless I absolutely have too. It's probably not unique to PNC, its a dying business model grasping at straws.
