Awful service. Never returns voicemails. Billing is unclear. No itemization is available. Can't call before 11am EST. I can't wait to be done with these people. 180 Medical is SO much better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The dietitian at the oncologist that my mom receives care in recommended Option Care Health for her feeding tube formula. She gave me the phone number of an Entral care team member named Terri. I called everyday from Monday 11/6 to Thursday 11/9 and left messages for her to call me back. Terri still hasn't responded. My mom had gone for 2 weeks without formula that she needed. I finally got to order the formula from someone in another department. The woman on the phone said that they tried to call me 9 times in a month to place an order.(Impossible because they didn't have my phone number). I am VERY dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted with the way that we were treated and neglected. I will never purchase from this company again.

Ida V. O, from pharmacy is the worst!!! She just literally yelled at me on my mom on a recorded call which we taped. She asked me about next steps when I kept telling her ask my medical care provider smh patients are not allowed to give next steps or discharge order if that’s the case then it makes the patient a doctor I suppose?? Even the nurse ask me next steps which I’m shocked because common sense is next steps should come from the medical provider who submitted the order for tpn. It is very obvious that they do not communicate with external vendors and providers and amongst themselves. The only good pharmacist is dong, Elizabeth is a ding dong of a manager… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are not accredited by the joint commission and are operating under a different license and name in the state of Georgia. File a complaint with your insurance company and the office of insurance, record all calls, emails, videos etc they will come in handy! Bcc your attorney, insurance company, patient advocate on all emails sent

I have experience several bad blood draw practices from Option Health care nurses not put in blood on ice my blood elevated to critical alert in the 800 700s for kidney and liver enzymes when I did a re-draw at Emory hospital. It was only 200 and 100. They don't spin the blood before sending it to courier services labcorp Claims The blood had cell contact I have witnessed a nurse do cross contamination of vials to draw my blood set on the tubes of my blood, and still submit it in for processing, which is against OSHA standards. I have witnesses that were at the home present, as well as videotape from home security system. In reference to pharmacy, I am currently on three days TPN and they refused to send out or deliver my medication or TPN supplies. I have not had a delivery since September 16. I went up to the office to pick up my supplies on September 25 and they refused to give me the box because apparently it wasn't prepared and no one has shipped me any IV bags or supplies and today is September 26. Pharmacy always always miss delivering correct supplies, how do you send iv bags with no tubing, a lot of pharmacy techs have attitude issues including one of the pharmacist name starts with j who told me to go to the hospital when my port got blocked with a nasty attitude and didn't even get a cathflow request or check on a cathflow order from the doctor, I went to the hospital and they went off because they said the agency should ALWAYS HAVE A STANDING CATH FLOW ORDER FOR PORT INFUSION. The state, joint commission and ombudsman needs to investigate this place asap oh and tell me why my stat lab order went to a hospital 1.5hours away for processing when stat lab orders are supposed to go to the closed hospital when picked up from Peachtree corners which will Be Emory John's Creek or Emory st Joseph. Please see the updated delivery from 9/27/203 attached to this post. The attachment shows that option care health sent 3 tpn iv bags, five multivitamins with five needles, five thiamine with five needles, and no tubing for the IV bags. How in the world am I supposed to connect my IV to my port, iv bag, and pump without the tubes??? these people are beyond ridiculous. They are sending people to the hospital and trying to kill people. Option care health are murderers I repeat option care health are murderers!!! stay away from this company. Class action lawsuit is headed their way

I have been trying to contact someone for weeks concerning a feeding pump that does not work. No one calls back! Then the customer service rep named Vanessa, extremely rude. I asked her to repeat her name because she answered and spoke so fast I didn’t catch it. Her response, “Vanessa, this is client care, what do you need”. I tried to explain and she cut me off and said thats pharmacy. Then transferred me. No one answered of course. I’ve gone to social media and sent emails. Nothing! We may have to take my father to the ER to be admitted because he has not eaten. I wish I could give negative stars. This has been a nightmare! I have five different numbers and have only been able to reach the Ms. Vanessa who obviously is sick of her job.

Efficient and almost comprehensive service to administer IV antibiotics in home after hospitalization of my family member. Everything was prefect including follow up of care except that Kit to administer the IV antibiotics in home was missing the protective caps for the PICC line that would help to prevent blood stream infections. Fortunately for me I received caps from the hospital. My recommendation is for Option Care to always include the Protective Caps for Central lines or PICC lines in all their IV administration Kits.

Would leave no starts if I could. Unprofessional and unorganized. Do not use this company. It is close to impossible to get in touch with anyone through their number. Two of the nurses that I spoke on the phone with were unhelpful and rude. Nurse did not show up to appointment and we had to call several times to even get word on whether or not she was coming. If you care for your loved one and want the best care, do not use this company unless you would like more stress added to your situation.

I have been a patient for 3 months and Option Care STILL hasn't figured out how to bill my insurance! None of my other providers share Option Care's struggles. I have tried and tried and tried to get in touch with someone in Billing who is willing to simply handle what they are there for...no, there are weeks and weeks of charges that it is now too late to bill my insurance for....

I started working for this company in July, I believe in working with the spirit of excellence, integrity and honor. After learning that I was offered the position I was excited because of the Mission of the company that I believed in along with all my agency had told me about it. After obtaining my bachelors in Healthcare management and being in the medical field for over 20 years I was excited to apply my learned skills to my new position. Upon starting training there were 2 trainers that were "awesome" they were very positive and geared for our success. The trainers would reiterate numerous times that they was there to help and I felt really good about my new job. After about 40 days of working the company hired 30 more people to fill positions needed. The 2 trainers had over 35 new hires at that time to train remotely. Throughout the training the trainers kept stressing the fact that they were there for us when needed and will not "throw us out to wolves." I felt confident in my work however after the new hires of "30" begin training, there were no longer trainings for the 4 hired before. The team threads that were once used "daily" were no longer being used as a communication tool nor were the trainers responding to the questions asked in the thread. Sometimes it would be hours before they even responded and some messages were never responded to at all. This lead me to message my manager for help when needed. I also learned later that there was a quota of 30 accounts minimum per shift (that I learned from a team member) that should have been told to us in training. This was concerning so I immediately reached out to my training lead and expressed my concerns. I spoke of receiving the help needed to be successful as well as my questions not being responded to when needing assistance. This went on for weeks with the trainer apologizing and mentioning she had over 500 emails to answer, reports to get out as well as 30 plus new hires to train while attending lead meetings. She apologized continuously however questions were no longer being answered forcing me to figure things out on my own or getting assistance from other team members who had their own workload. After speaking to the trainer who told me that I was doing "great" I begin to complete 20 + accounts per day (which entailed working the full authorizations from the beginning to the end documenting correctly in detail while learning and applying each payors policies). Other duties such as portal submissions and calling on the authorizations were also part of the training however, the training ended before all payors were learned leading the 4 trained to self teach on a portal that was supposed to be included in the training all while meeting an expected quota of 30. This became very frustrating so I reached out to the others to see how they felt and they all felt frustrated as well but was told not to ask questions because "they don't like that." but still geared for success I reached out to remind the trainer that I still needed training on the last portal. I also spoke to the trainer about my productivity several times and she stated if it was not up to par they would let me know and allow me to receive the training that I needed to be successful so do not worry. I appreciate the opportunity to work with this company however a broken training department leads to the termination of workers that would be a great asset to the team. I was not given the opportunity to be successful in my position. The training department needs help and the amount of stress that is placed on 2 people causes the new hires to be set up for failure. I worked hard to obtain the information that was trained and even reached out to the managers for help but that lead me to be terminated for poor productivity without any intervention after 90 days. This company would be great to work for if they would improve their training department.-ErickaBachelors Healthcare Administration

I would beware of this company! They were great when just Bioscript but since optioncare bought them it was horrible. I was on TPN due to a complicated pregnancy. I had multiple issues with shipping either my supplies weren’t sent or they showed up late (2am). I spoke with Sangita and told her, “ If was the right person not getting my supplies could be a lawsuit waiting to happen.” Apparently, she didn’t like what I said and 1 weeks later I was admitted to the hospital only to find out by my physician that the company dropped me as a client. I was told it was due to “non-compliance.” I was not able to leave the hospital for 2 weeks until I found a new company to deliver my TPN. When I called to ask why I didn’t receive notification that I was dropped (which is not legal),they did not give me a straight answer. First, I was told it was because my lab work was never normal and I was a liability to their company. Then, I was told it was due to not administering my TPN which they aren’t home with me so you wouldn’t actually know that information. I wouldn’t trust this company with any of my medical care again.

They are AWFUL. They refuse to answer phones. They do not return voicemail. My son needs meds to stay alive and we have without them for 3 days. I can't get through to them. The doctor can't get through to them. It took 8 days to get a nurse out to do bloodwork. She refused to bloodwork. If my son dies, it will 100% their fault.

This is the third experience with Option Care in 9 months. I had picc lines each time that required medicine, supplies and the help of a nurse. My pulmonologist has arranged it and I see why he does. Everyone I’ve been involved with, the pharmacist, the billing people, the nurses, have been helpful and always available to answer questions or reassure me. I highly recommend Option CareLinda OwensAtlanta
