The best in the business! Superb communication, selection, options and just all around great. Adam was patient with me, shared his knowledge and made excellent recommendations. After leaving her house for a condo, Mom really missed having a fireplace. Now she says, "It's like it's always been there. I'm really going to enjoy this!" And, installation was easy and fast. Truly a five-star experience.

We visited the store and the salesman did not seem very knowledgeable of vent free gas logs. You would do better by searching the internet and doing business with an online store.

We purchased our see-through fireplace frame and glass doors from NAF which were installed by their subcontractor Bret. He took his time to ensure that the material and installation were in accordance with the specifications. His workmanship was excellent which gives credence to the quote:"A company is only as good as the people it keeps."Abbas Pourbohloul, P.E.

Guess you should call and speak to someone there first! Their website and phone message said they were closed for Labor Day on Monday, so we drove 30 minutes to their store on Saturday just to find locked doors and nobody there! Guess we'll find somewhere else to redo our wood fireplace into gas.

Can't get them to call me back but the conversation i had on 1st call was very good. I take it as they are not interested in my fireplace sale and installation.

I am so happy that I found North Atlanta Fireplace Grill & Patio. After researching and looking online, a fireplace is definitely not something that is an easy purchase to make online. It takes more than just finding something that you think is pretty. My husband and I went to the showroom and met with the owner who was amazing with us, and even though they currently are renovating the showroom, we were still able to walk with a sales rep who turned on many fireplaces so we can not only see how they function but also to feel the heat they can give off. We were there for several hours and they were extremely patient with all of my questions. After our showroom visit, we continued working with the sales rep, David Allen, and he was patient as we made some last minute changes that will still work within the working area that we have and once again he was very patient. We finally placed our order and are so happy we never purchased a fireplace online because it truly is something that should be done with a company that truly knows the industry & North Atlanta Fireplace is definitely the place to go in North Georgia. Will write an update review on the installation as well

Store very disorganized. Staff was helpful however. Apparently in process of remodeling but no real evidence of organizing or tidying. Terrible location.

Great in All Regards! -including Expertise and knowledge of staff, incredible variety they have! Indoor/Outdoor fireplaces, All Types of Grills, Accessories, Furniture and More! Also offer Custom build/s, Installation/s for home and Commercial settings too. Huge Education, no idea what Pellet Grills were Big Variety of infrared and Kamado (Green egg) Styles too. After many visits decided on one below. LOVE it! Only downside is their new location showroom is not 100% complete, although each time I go more things there and more complete. Big Place.. Too!

I ordered a Modern Flames Landscape Pro Multi fireplace with a mantel from them. Everything went smoothly and occurred exactly as I was told. Delivery was fast and courteous.

Had an outside kitchen w/custom cabinets & refrigerator installed. There was a problem with the cabinets due to manufacturing error, out of NAF control. They did an excellent job following up and making sure everything was corrected. We would recommend them to anyone. We love our new unit.

Absolute WORST company - do NOT use them. They came to service our fireplace and “fixed” the fireplace only for it to break a week later. They wanted to charge another fee to even come look at it again, even if it was the exact same issue. On top of all that, I had to call 5 different times to even get them to schedule someone to come out. Overall, flaky, terrible service, fireplace still broken.

As the adage goes, you're only as good as the people who work for you. North Atlanta Fireplace has quite the curmudgeon working for them. His name is Noel Daniel. Noel does the fireplace installations. Noel was rude and abrasive from the moment he entered my home. I asked him to use shoe covers upon entering my residence. Instead of just putting on the shoe covers, he asked me why he had to wear shoe covers, and proceeded to walk towards the fireplace. I stopped him again and insisted that he put on the shoe covers. He also came in without a face mask. In this age of COVID, every home service provider should wear mask. There's no need for such boorish behavior, especially since he's supposed to provide a service. But as Clark Howard would say: that's a perfect example of customer 'no service'. Noel was in my home for thirty-three minutes, he charged $250.00, made no attempts to clean, and left all of his debris(boxes, old logs, screens, etc.), in the middle of the floor. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work, so I didn't discover this dissater until I arrived back home, leaving my wife and I to clean up his mess. Whether he's an employee of North Atlanta Fireplace, or an independent contractor, he's most unprofessional, and reflects poorly on the company. Caveat emptor!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They deserve ZERO STARS! If you never listened to a review, PLEASE listen to this one. Do NOT ignore reviews here or at the Better Business Bureau. They have many bad reviews. This has been my worst customer service experience EVER! In early September of 2020, I purchased a Kozy Heat gas insert from Lacey White at North Atlanta Fireplace (NAF). The purchase was based on an online picture linked from their website to the manufacturer. For the initial purchase, they required partial payment until the unit was FULLY installed. The contractors work independently of North Atlanta Fireplace (referred by North Atlanta Fireplace and works closely with them). This is important in my situation, because they all knew the issue but the retailer didn't offer any reasonable resolution. (high-level summary below) The gas insert was partially installed in late September by the contractor, which required a separate payment beyond the cost of the unit. At the time of installation, the unit arrived with missing parts. The contractors seemed confused about how to install the unit and drilled a hole in my 80 yr. old fireplace, which turned out it was not needed. Eventually they received the missing parts and finished the install of the fireplace. However, the shroud DID NOT match what I purchased. This was and is still the problem! The contractors talked with North Atlanta Fireplace to voice my dissatisfaction about the install, but they DID NOT CARE. They only wanted to get paid the remaining balance and move on--regardless of how I the customer felt. Over several months of trying to resolve the issue by offering some options, the contractors just created more issues. They damaged the front screen of the fireplace and scratched the unit. They were in and out of my house several times during the pandemic and nothing was ever resolved. Fast forward to July 2021. The contractors created a shroud that looked just okay, not even close to what I originally thought I was purchasing. The shroud was very cheaply made and doesn't match the base unit. After 10 months of this back and forth, the company owner finally stepped in (never heard from him until 10 months into this ordeal). The owner and I (David Esau) exchanged emails regarding the issue. He called me a “bully” because I would not agree to his blackmail tactics of withholding the replacement screen broken by the installers, until I paid him in CASH for the remaining balance. North Atlanta Fireplace originally accepted credit card for the first half, but the weasel changed the terms to ensure I wouldn't dispute the charge. Finally, I gave into this monster since suing was not worth the additional stress and money. I paid him in cash "as demanded" and received the replacement screen, which was rightfully due to me. The new screen doesn’t fit (go figure) now it’s back in the box and in my basement. This gas insert cost $4,500 dollars (unit and installation) with a broken screen and an ugly finish. At this point, I'm seeking to hire a new FP company to redo all the damage North Atlanta Fireplace has done. THANK GOD these people are out of my life! My hope is that no one else has this same experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Recently, we purchased an outdoor kitchen. The unit consisted of a custom cabinet, searer, cooler and storage drawer. NAF handled everything for us. Due to Covid there was a bit of a delay in some of the parts; however, they made the process smooth and easy. The installation team also did a great job; the communication was great. I would recommend this company and will certainly use them again.
