The level of customer service that Mark Miller and his team provide is unmatched. Katie is always ready to help and quick to respond via email. Although I’m not feeling the high costs of insurance in 2024, the team has helped me find discounts to lower my premium.

I have been a State farm customer for well over a decade. I moved to Georgia from Arizona a year ago and everyone in this office made the transition from Arizona insurance to Georgia insurance very smooth. Whenever I have a question, it is answered promptly and professionally.

I was with a State Farm competitor for more than 25 years and was horrified by the lack of empathy and accommodation regarding skyrocketing car insurance rates. So I did what my friends suggested and shopped with State Farm's Mark Miller agency. From the moment I made my first inquiry, the process was seamless. America, one of the agency staff, was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to understand my needs. She helped me compare apples to apples coverage and eventually helped me choose the right coverage for my and my family. State Farm offers a variety of discounts and rewards for safe driving and the agency was proactive by providing my sons and me information on how to take advantage of a defensive driving course. My experience with the Mark Miller agency has been extremely positive and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car insurance.

I've been a customer here for many years now and have my cars insured, jewelry, homeowners insurance, etc. all through this office, and have found everyone here to be extremely helpful as well as the insurance offered to be competitively priced. I've always been especially impressed by the responsiveness and helpfulness I've gotten from Katie Cheek, and due to that I didn't even bother considering anyone else for a truck I recently purchased because I knew I could get what I needed from her in far less time and hassle than I could with anyone else. In a world where time and simplicity mean a lot, Katie made things as easy as possible and subsequently I had the insurance I needed in almost no time at all. I would highly recommend working with this office!

This is a fantastic office to work with. They brought me in to the statefarm family when we bought our first house many years ago. Now they cover all of our personal vehicles, fleet vehicles, trailers, and property. Big or small needs, this group will take the time to help you. Even when on the jobsite, I can text or call Katie and she puts on her cape and helps me with whatever I need. Simply amazing. This office breaks the trend of "shop every 2 years". Prices stay reasonable. Give em a try when your ready to make the switch.
