Excellent! Hard-working crew here! I've been coming here for many years through 3 different owners. Same concept, nothing changed except owners. Complimentary fresh-popped popcorn and coffee available. Outdoor seating. Business seating. TVs on the wall. Comfy couches and side chairs. Tim always takes care of me! Thank you!

I bought the ultra package and paid extra for the powerwash for the roof of my car. I am thinking that upgrading the service from a regular wash made little difference. The service tech was very friendly, but at the end of my visit, I was still very dissatisfied.

I keep telling myself that I should wash my own car or find somewhere closer to where I live but I find myself coming to this specific car wash every time and they never disappoint.
Even though I get my car washed about once a month the manager knows my car without me having to tell him and I think that really speaks a lot for a business to know their customers and their vehicles like that. The service is extremely fast even on the busy weekends (the cars line out almost outside the parking lot and that is a testament to how well this place does)
There’s always snacks & waters while you wait; popcorn machine and a coffee maker. The lounge is very cozy with plenty of outlets if you need to charge any devices while you wait.
honestly I’m a loyal customer to this location. If not because of their work for their price but for the customer service.

Excellent customer service, fast turnaround and very reasonably priced packages! I love that they hand wash the cars; if you care at all about the paint on your car then this is definitely the place you want to visit. Highly recommend! Also I love the waiting area, nice and cool and free snacks and beverages!

I purchased a membership and each time I've come back to get my car hand wash it's close and iI tried coming on Thursday at 2.30 pm and today at 1105 am. No one is here and the doors are lock. I want my money back!!!!

I just made the best experience at Trail Hand Wash!!! Tim took good care of me. He saved me hundred of dollars worth of service!! It is the small things that matters and he showed honesty. This place was clean and the service was outstanding! The wait was not long and they have refreshments available. If you need a good hand wash, I highly recommend Trail Hand Wash on Peachtree Corners!!! Thanks Tim!!!

My car is cleaner than when I brought it in but you can definitely tell it was a rush job. There wasn’t any focus on the quality just speed. I paid $45 for the trail wash which did not include wiping down the inside of the doors. I ask if they could try to wipe out a stain in the seat…that was ignored. Another thing to note is that my dash cam was unplugged and my back dashcam was moved facing off to the side.
