The lobby floor is always dirty. They code your visits as ER visits and charge your insurance as such. They are scam artists. Will never go back and I don’t recommend anyone go here for care.

I was a patient for the Duluth office until recently. Nicole Donahue lied on me saying I requested the Norcross location when I’ve NEVER been to that location ever I didn’t even know there was a Norcross location. I get to the Duluth location and the young lady at the front desk told me what Nicole said and I asked if I made an appointment for norcross why would I be here in Duluth? She said Nicole said I asked for norcross office. I never confirmed the appointment, I never got the call or text but when I showed the Duluth office my information they basically ignored what I was showing them. I hate being lied on and ignored so I’ll be looking for another primary care doctor

Very disappointed with Lifeline. They make you come in for an office visit for each prescription refill. My prescription is for acid reflux and I could not get them to refill over the phone. Each time would cost me $150 for a "general office visit". Horrible customer service and recommend staying away.

Nicole is the best provider along with the girls up front. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I recommend making appointments with her! Thanks Nicole!

Today was my first time here and I wish I had come to this office sooner!!! The doctor and the staff are the SWEETEST and VERY COMPASSIONATE! I felt very comfortable and felt like they actually cared.

I’ve been coming to this center in Peachtree corners and in Duluth for 9 years. They always make me feel welcome . Have taken me when I walked in or appointment.

Easy to make an appointment and not too long of a wait when you make it there. Front desk administrator isn't the friendliest but she's never came off rude, which is a plus. The NPs are friendly and explains things clearly if you ask something. I'd recommend giving them a try.Only complaint I have is they switch their NPs between facilities instead of keeping them at 1. I like to keep the same pcp and every time I've been here I've seen a different person.

Doctor are nice and really care about you and what's going on with you. They take your health very serious. The nurses are nice as well.

I had my first visit there and everyone was really helpful and kind. I needed to find out if I had all my vaccines for college and they weren't above and beyond to make sure I not only had my vaccines, but that I had all my yearly check ups done!

My visit was great! From the lady at the front desk to my NPR everyone was nice and kind. There was no wait. The service was amazing.
