“Broke down in GA and was sent to this Salem shop. Took about 2 days to repair/replace the faulty parts on my truck so I had to leave my truck. They gave me a rental to use in the meantime but it could have been serviced a little bit better as the fifth wheel has a lot of play in the jaw so I was unable to actually use the truck in the two days while they had my truck. Not a huge deal but they should definitely service their rental trucks a tad better.All in all I'm satisfied with the service, they fixed my truck just fine and I was only down for 2 days. Super friendly and eager to help anyone they can.(Side note: Salem Corp would really get these mechanics the tools they need to properly diagnose issues)”
“Exceeded expectations. As someone who would prefer to do everything online and hassle free, this was the ideal way to rent a truck (or in my case, a cargo van). Had to pick up a large item from the hardware store and after it didn't fit in our SUV, made a reservation with Fetch for the same day. Uploaded my license and insurance information- and we were in our rental within 30 minutes. Check in/check out instructions were super detailed & we were sent a receipt shortly after returning the vehicle. Best part? Never had to interact with a rental counter. I don't rent trucks often, but will only use Fetch from now on.”
“At first, when Midgard storage took over Life storage there were some communication hiccups regarding the insurance and even when I called in and emailed, I received follow up calls on information I already provided. I suppose that's what happens when a business has recently taken over. However now, things seem to run more smoothly.
I contacted Midgard regarding an issue I had and both Amanda and Donna were very helpful. They provided a solution and responded in a timely and professional manner. Donna was great at answering my questions and doing the right due diligence to resolve my issues.”
