I would advise anyone to no use this location. They communicate well when it's time for you to pay only to ghost you and create excuses for not refunding your deposit! Horrible business practice! Horrible.Everythjng is not in good condition, the chairs are old and mismatched, not the nice ones you see in picture. The sound system did not work. They decided to keep my deposit claiming a speckle of glitter was left on the floor!!!!! And 1 chair was broken! Took a picture of the chair twice to make it look like 2 chair! And you need $300 for that! Robbery!!!!!!! This place has an F with the better business bureau!

Buyer Beware: Please look on BBB website. If I did, I wouldn't be dealing with this issue right now! I booked a 50th Birthday Party for my husband. I was given a contract and told I would need to pay a $300 refundable deposit. Upon booking, I was told I had to remove all trash and decorations which I was okay with. Hours before my event started I was given a list of things I must do, that was never discussed with me before booking my event. The list included the need to clean the bathroom, mop the floors, ensure no food is left on the tablecloths, etc, etc. It was extreme and honestly quite ridiculous. The venue knew we would have food, if people eat there can be stains etc. I explained to them had they given me the list before booking I would have never booked with them! Upon my getting there for set-up it was 2 gentlemen who were late. They didn't have the tables up, no tablecloths laid out or anything. Me, my family and hired staff had to jump in and get that done. That was supposed to be done by the venue. At the end of the venue, we cleared out all trash, removed all decorations, and checked and folded all linens, tablecloths, etc. We also folded all tables and chairs and cleaned the bathroom. We took pics and videos as proof. The gentleman walked with me through the venue and all looked well. I sent an email and I was told it all looked good and that I would receive a refund. Waited 2 weeks and nothing so I emailed again. I was told it was processing. It is going on for a month. I haven't received a DOLLAR from these people. My event was paid in full on 2/5/23. After researching on BBB I now see they run a scam! There are others who had the same or similar experiences as me. I want my money back and nothing to do with this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They have bad business practices. The only time she communicated well with me was to request payments. I paid with no problem. She was not forgiving at all when I asked to come early because my decorator had a death in her family.I had my party here. Loved the fact that there were plenty of space. Hated not having a kitchen!But to get to why it was such a horrible experience, she will not give me my $300 deposit back because there was a broken chair and a sprinkle of glitter left on the floor. She only told me this when I requested my deposit back! I don’t mind paying for the chair, even though they are not in good condition. She promised me 50 chairs. They are not all the same color which tells me they are old and in bad condition anyway. I can’t even say it wasn’t broken before because she doesn’t even offer set up. But what’s sad is she’s keeping my money over a chair and a tiny glitter (that can be swept)!After reading other reviews it seems she try’s to keep your deposit either way!!!I will be reporting her to the better business bureau!I suggest you use the building across from her! It looks better anyway!

We chose Letts Party venue for my husband's 50th b-day party. I must say the space was perfect, and staff was excellent to work with. We had a theme party with 80 people, and was able to seat everyone comfortably. One staff member in particular met us at the venue for the walk through the day of the party, and she noticed that we were running behind setting up our party, and she help set up tables and offered ideas. She went above and beyond her duties. I appreciated that from the bottom of heart because we didn't have a party planner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will use them again in the future. I put a picture of venue host who went above and beyond. Sorry I am not good with names, but Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

There are no words to describe how perfect Letts's party is! The landscape of the entire venue is absolutely stunning! Tanisha and her staff made sure every detail was covered and the entire evening was perfectly planned! The balloons and flowers were incredible and the best value for the price! Over and over we heard from our guests that it was the most joyful event they had ever attended.

I hosted an event here and loved everything about Lett's party! from the party area to the exceptionally clean bathrooms, But besides the cleanliness of the building, The staff was so helpful and kind. Specifically Tanisha!! she was always everywhere making sure everyone was comfortable. and had what they needed. She had such a passion for her job that it translated into pure excellence in her job!! Well done letts party for having such a wonderful Arua and, Great team members. Next time i have an event I know who I'm booking with. I Highly recommend it!!!!

This venue reached out to me via a third party search for small wedding venues. Set my appointment to see the venue and confirmed through text for the time frame. Drove nearly an hour for the set appointment time and confirmed yet again (because it was rush hour and we were 6 min behind) through text that we were meeting. Arrived and the venue was locked and the contact was nowhere to be found. Text and called - no answer. Waited 25 minutes trying to contact but no one showed and no one answered. Very dissatisfied with this business.***UPDATE***This venue had the absolute NERVE to text me 4 days later and ask how the tour went? Ma’am. No one showed up or answered my communication!

had a wedding here in July and it was very fortunate that I was able to book there last minute. I had a situation in which everything that could go wrong went wrong and felt happy to find a place available four days before that day. The actual day went great. We respected the space and left before our booked time was over. Additionally I was very impressed with the support staff that was there helping , however I have become extremely disappointed since after my wedding. All my guests rushed to clean and complete our booking to honor our part of contract however the owner REFUSES to this day to honor her OWN contract and refund my deposit of 300 dollars. I find this despicable and extremely unprofessional on the owners part. I get that she's trying to grow a business but there's no way to continue expanding when you have business practices that are unsavory as refusing to call back a client or answer any type of questions regarding your policy. Buyers Beware !!!

I came here for a surprise party and was not disappointed! From the location to the set up everything was immaculate. She was very accommodating and her prices were beyond fair. Her attention to every little detail was what really sold me. She took my vision and made it a reality! There was nothing she couldn’t do when it came to my requests. A professional through and through. Thank you so much for making my boyfriends party a success!!!

Pro: Space was in a decent location. The size and layout of the place was nice. The business provides nice packages and amenities.Con: The business will conveniently forget to give you your safety deposit then lie about it. We still have not received it after several months of being told we will get it. I see others on here have had a similar experience.Advice: I hope the business owner can adjust their business practices. Imagine if a vendor did something similar to you. It’s distasteful and shows a lack of regard for your own business and customers. Word of mouth can be a good or bad thing when it comes to business. A first time customer can enjoy your facilities but still not recommend you if you choose to do things dishonestly.

This was the best experience I’ve had here you can do literally anything here almost anytime and it will be a blast you can have celebration’s, birthday’s, graduation’s, and wedding’s they have everything you need music tables and you can bring supplies so if you come here you want regret it.
