When we first came in, there was only 1 person working in the entire store. A second worker, the owner, finally showed up, and hardly did anything. He was often seen standing around doing nothing and watching the other person. It took us about 45 minutes to get all of our food. At one point, there were 4 sandwiches ready in the counter and we had no idea. We mentioned to the worker about her lack of help and said that the owner was a vegetarian and would not touch meat! The women’s restroom was out of order so I had to use the men’s room and the lock on the door was broken. I asked the owner if he was aware of this and he said “yes, there’s a sign on the door.” The sign on the door said to knock before entering, but did not say that the lock was broken. If you’re in the area, don’t go here. There are plenty of other places to choose from and they can’t be worse than this. At the very least, you’ll have privacy in the bathroom.

Stopped for a meal while traveling. One guy working. I come in and say hello to him, doesn't even look at me or acknowledge me, despite being 4 feet away. I wait 4 mins, all I wanted was an acknowledgement that I was there. Couldn't even get that and I left, won't ever be back, FYI owners. Not a good look. Shame, some basic customer service would have kept me. Best of luck to you.

The level of service I have received lately has been really poor. It takes over an hour to get orders when ordering online. I've had better luck in the past, but there were also times when my order was wrong. Making mistakes sometimes happens, but admit it and make amends. To falsely blame a co-worker of your customer for an order being late when it was really because it was delivered late is just wrong. It is also wrong for a manager to have the attitude that the customer is somehow unjustified in calling after not receiving the order for over an hour to ask why. I tried to be nice and kept my calm despite the situation. Yet, I get a response from the manager that was snooty and rude. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. You lost another customer!

I regularly get delivery from this store and am impressed with the service. My orders have been spot on and I don't see that from other delivery service

Though the location is convenient for us, I'm never visiting this location again. 3rd time there and the 3rd time they've messed up our order. My fault for coming again after the 2nd time but will not be making this mistake again. Owner of this location should consider making changes to the staff.

Went in to get a combo. The sign says 9 and change. They tried to charge me over $11. Manager said I don't care what the sign says whatever the computer says. I left. Why bother putting up prices...

Tasteless, lack of life sandwich. The store was empty, and I should have read why. In my opinion a good sub should be packed with meat. Mine wasn't.

I was charged for a regular combo when I ordered a little john combo. I knew it was the wrong price so I asked the cashier if $9.53 charge was correct. His coworker and him confirmed it was right. Since I didn't want a confrontation over $2, just paid and left. It's just concerning not knowing something basic like the prices of their most popular combos and overcharging.

Nothing "freaky fast" about this location. My office is 1.5 miles from Jimmy John's. I placed a delivery order (one wrap + chips) at 12:36 PM. The tracker said my order was received at 12:37. At 1:40, over an hour later, I called to see what the hold up was. No answer the phone after I called 4-5 times. I drove to the store to get a full refund and there was only one woman ordering at the register, no one eating in the store. I called the same number again as I was waiting in line and could hear the phone ringing, loud and clear. Unacceptable, will not order here again.
