First impressive observation : they have man-chairs for husbands and other lost souls. Most stores have eliminated these comfort stations, which I consider to be cruel and unusual punishment. When I am comfortable and seated, I do not care how much money my wife is spending. And this store has a great selection of things to buy. I will return.

Well stocked, clean, and friendly customer service but no matter what day of week or time of day I go, the checkout lines are painfully slow. First world problems.

We were in the store (12/09/23) with an hour and 15 minutes left until the posted closing time of 11 PM when an associate announced they would be closing in 15 minutes (10 PM) so we left without being able to purchase anything. We then watched 2 other people unsuccessfully attempt to enter shortly after the doors were locked at 10 PM since they probably read it closed at 11. Why have 11 PM as the closing time on your website and Google Places if you in fact close at 10?

This location closes at 10 pm on Saturdays, not 11 pm.

Management here is pretty bad and it’s clear where the employees get it from. I believe I was dealing with Patrick (heavyset, bald, manager). I don’t understand why we have such poor attitudes about just being kind to other humans. If you don’t want to be there, say that, quit etc. if people don’t make purchases the store doesn’t stay open. I surely didn’t buy anything because of the poor treatment.

Management here needs to train their employees more. I know a lot of people pay with card nowadays, but that's no excuse as to why their cashiers don't know how to handle cash transactions. Plus this one lady doesn't know how to count apparently. My wife visited this location today to make a return she paid in cash with. Cashier closed the cash register and handed her the cash without counting out all the bills. It was a lot of smaller bills to make $100, so it looked like a lot. Good thing my wife didn't put the cash directly into her wallet. She counted it out first and found that she was short $30. How can someone miscount that much money?! I guess this lady (her name is KJ) never learned how to count in school or how to handle cash. I blame never learning how to handle cash transactions on her managers. She left the register to get a manager and didn't even ask for the cash back. Some advice, you cannot leave cash with the customer. A lot of businesses will blame customers for lying and stealing the cash from the cashier. My wife left it on the counter before the lady walked away, and kept her hands off. When the manager brought the rest of the change, this KJ still never counted it. Just hands them to my wife, and let's her do all the counting. Why not just install self-checkouts and let the machines handle everything? Probably would run smoother and customers wouldn't have to deal with incompetent employees. Poor training and customer service. Managers at this location only look busy, but never do anything. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but today the employee/manager were very wrong.

So only 3 cashiers on Thurs Nov.2, manager not helping them he’s just standing behind registers trying to look busy! If he would swing into action the line of 40 people would go faster right?
Trifling!
