We were sent to this hotel after our reservation was cancelled without our notice at a different one. We were happy it happened this way. Clean room and delicious breakfast!

Front desk staff very friendly. Room is exactly as it should be for a Holiday Inn Express. Functional, very clean, reasonably priced. Free continental breakfast was good. It's the location for me that's an issue. Lots of side roads, super busy area. Easy to get twisted around. An extended stay is right behind the hotel so there's folks walking around into the wee hours. A little sketched out after dark. ?

As a long-time IHG member and frequent guest at Holiday Inn Express, I've come to appreciate the consistent atmosphere, interior layout, and complimentary breakfast offerings at these hotels. However, during my recent stay, the surrounding neighborhood left something to be desired in terms of safety, even though I didn't encounter any issues. One minor inconvenience was the front lobby entrance door, which failed to respond to my key in the early morning. I had to ring the bell to summon a night-time employee to open the door. Despite this, the hotel offered a reasonable price and a convenient location near a major highway.Rooms: The rooms were clean and spacious.Nearby activities: The proximity to the wedding venue was conveniently located.

HORRIBLE customer service. Specifically Zoey who thinks it is funny to leave a family without a room because it was too inconvenient for her to do her job, but worse is the hotel owner not caring when brought to his attention. We luckily found a Marriott down the street for the exact same rate, and while far superior in quality of hotel the only thing we really cared about is that they were nice when checking in as a hotel should be. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this hotel at all costs!!

Bad service don't want to give you back your deposit because they say you smoked in room and not true. They are ripe off hotel pool shut down lobby being remodeled and they a run down

If I could leave no stars I would. Its a run down 2 star hotel anyway and had the nerve to turn away someone lost and just needed to charge their phone so they could get GPS to go home. This is what the staff did to my Mother on Saturday 5/13. What does it benefit you to be kind to someone. You should be lucky she graced the hotel with her presence even in her time of need. Her phone was dead and she didn't know where she was. This is despicable customer service and barely English speaking employees, but it will be reported. There is no excuse for this poor customer service she wasn't begging for nothing, she simply wanted a charge to find her way home. This is a sad world we live in where people can get away with this at a place of business.

It’s a holiday inn. The staff is good and the complimentary breakfast is above average, I do wish the location was better. And during my stay some of the amenities were closed

Just truly outdated. The dip in the bed was too much to find any comfort. The cigarette smoke in the room wasn’t helping the situation. The stains on the wall.. just, I don’t feel clean here. To sum it up.. old. Maybe it can serve its purpose as a cheap nights stay for you, but I’ll avoid this place that feels like I’m at a dirty motel. Why is there scotch tape on the wall?

I stayed here while in town visiting friends. I had a good experience. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast area was always stocked and well kept, and the location was great! Only a few critiques. The pool area had no towels and no umbrellas, other guests were being loud and slamming doors which a little disruptive late at night, and the door lock to my room wouldn't click into place but I used the latch and felt that would be enough for safety. All in all I would stay here again.

My birthday was ruined due to bed bugs. I was getting bit all through the night. I went downstairs @2-3am to speak with an older Indian guy who was one of the owners that was working night audit at the time. He stated that he couldn’t move me to another room due to hotel being sold out. He then stated that I need to informed management as he wrote down my complaint. The following morning as suggested, I informed guest services of the issue, showed them pictures of bed bugs and areas on body that were bitten. I asked to be moved to another room and instead I was asked to leave the property. My reservation for the next day was canceled. Upon checking in, a guest was complaining about bed bugs as she was checking out and demanding a refund. She warned me not to stay here. I should have listened. Photos attached. Two nights before, there were about 5 or 6 cars that was broken into while parked at the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel appears to be really unsafe. The is an Extended Stay behind the property where many residents hang out all times of the night. The lobby and breakfast area of the hotel smells like animals and there were stains on the bed skirts. I'm surprised that Expedia partners with this hotel. This hotel needs to be demolished. I'm thinking about contacting the health department.

This place is a time capsule of what Covid restrictions looked like in summer of 2020. Floor stickers? Signs about masks and distancing? Plastic hung all over the front desk? Staff in masks?Not only is that a time capsule, but the rooms, lobby, and hallways are dated, dirty, and worn. If you are going to be in this area stay some place else. Not a good choice. Not a normal holiday inn express. Very disappointed.

The first room had mold in it so we changed rooms the next morning. No apology for the mold and I bet they are still renting the molded room out. The second room had a dirty bathtub and the sink took about 15 minutes to drain after brushing teeth. The toilet rocked when sat on. Next time we are in the area to see family it won't be at this hotel. No luggage carts when we needed to use them so we ended up waiting a half hour still no luggage carts. The lady at the desk said they only have two for all those rooms there. That's pretty sad. We have stayed in many holiday inn and holiday inn express and matter of fact we are members holiday inn club vacations as well and this location is far from what we know as the holiday inn brand. Hopefully they get it together soon.

Nothing short of amazing! Staff was awesome, bed slept wonderfully, and breakfast was mediocre. Please teach the cook how to make eggs that aren't watery. It's not appeasing nor appealing to the eye or stomach. Oh and please NOT SO MUCH SALT on the potatoes! Thank you in advance. And I hope my $25 deposit is back on my card in the morning bc it's been over 5 days. That should've been released upon departure!!

Great location with very nice staff. The carpet is extremely dated and stained. It should be replaced. When walking you could tell there was subfloor damage and lumps. Our room's AC was not working properly. They gave us a different room with no issues......however with the change of the season they should service all AC units. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
