Wow! Greg & Bezi are the best! I first called & then showed up with 30 boxes that needed entered into the system & then labels applied (as I couldn’t figure out how to do some of that work myself remotely). They couldn’t have been nicer even tho I showed up within their last hour of business & dominated most of their time. I highly recommend this facility & their manager should know that they go above & beyond!

Honestly didn't want to write this but. I went into send some docs via FedEx like one does and was told that I would be unable to send anything without an ID. This really confused me and, I didn't have any on me and asked the young lady if a picture would be ok and she said "no" I told her it wasn't even mine it was for the company I work for and she said " I'm still gonna need your id" so I left and my coworker had to go instead. she went and was able to send the same docs without her id. I don't want to say I was profiled but I'm not really sure what else it could be. sad because I really liked that FedEx but neither I or our company will be doing business here anymore.

You don't wanna go this location they don't what they are doing. They have someone in training doing the work manage won't even assist. Very unfortunate

This has been the FedEx I go to for a long time and the employees have always been very nice to me but today I met some new lady who claimed to be the manager, I needed to drop off some boxes and pick some packages up, I work for a company that sends me and my team packages on the daily basis and normally the FedEx label says the name of the technician that this box is sent to but also says that any Hyosung technician can pick it up in label, she was very rude and implied that she was the manager and that she would not give me the boxes, I had to call my boss and he will come here to pick them up but this is ridiculous because it was a parent tracking and the other boxes had different trackings but they also show the parent tracking. And she didn’t even want to look for them to check the parent tracking, super rude lady, first time I see her and very unprofessional.

? best customer service ever! Shout out to Kay for helping me return my equipment to my office and her knowledge saved me $$ plus she was super kind, professional and helpful despite the fact that I walked in at 6:45 and they close at 7

Went in to print out a passport renewal package (process has to start online). I was helped by Greg. He was super courteous and helpful. Made the whole process very smooth. Thanks Greg!

This is the worst Fedex and I go to many and other fedex's are great but today.... I was so disrespected at this location today. I have been here several times over the years. The printer said, "The paper was low. So Kat the employee asked if I needed paper because I opened the printer drawer. I said yes "it needs paper". A man was in the store and Kat came over near us to help him. Mean while I'm standing and waiting on the paper. Approximately 3min goes by and I asked if I could grab the paper and put it in the printer. Kat ignores me and the customer says, "oh ma'am I'm sorry we will be done soon". So I stated to the customer, "You're good. I was just asking because I do not mind doing it while she is helping you." So Kat goes back behind the counter and comes back, still no paper. So then I laughed and said, "Can I please get some paper?" Kat rudely says, "I had to wait for my manager to get me the key." I said to Kat " you didn't say anything I'm just still waiting and it's been a while now, you went back and forth and still no paper, so I'm just confused and don't mind getting it on my own". Kat turns around and opens the cabinet. Now, this means she had the key but came back and did not open it to give me the paper. She grabs the paper and puts a few sheets in the printer. I had put my card in, and it said, 50 pages. I opened the printer drawer and realized it was not enough. I turned around and said to her, "I'm going to need more paper because I have 50 pages and several more things to print. She turned around and said to me, "Are you a Christian woman because you dont act like it?" I said to her, " No, I am not, and I came here to print, not for you to diagnose my personality nor my religion. She then ran in front of the printer and told me, " You don't slam my printer drawers in my store. You can get out now, and you disrespected my customer. I said, "I never slammed anything, I realized you only gave me a few pieces of paper, and I just told the man it's okay. I would just do it myself. I said I was not going anywhere I needed to print. She turned around and canceled my job. Now that's $50 pending and 20 pages of just my 50 pages printed. I asked her to please move from the printer so I could do what I came to do. She kept telling me it's her store. I said "okay this is what I'm gonna do. Step back and not say anything so you can put the paper in and I can finish, because this is too much." She said to me, "Now that's much better." At this point, I'm talking to myself because I can't believe the disrespect. She moved but still did not put the paper in the printer. So I grab a batch to put into the printer, and she jumps in front of it again and cancels my job. She says to me, "Im the one with the gray hair." (Now she apparently thought I was much younger than her to make that statement, and this must be why she is talking to me like a child. I have a 29yr and 24-year-old son, but okay, so. Now I have $100 pending and 20 pages of 50. My other 5 packages I need to print are still not printed. I told her she was unprofessional and she said to me, " I don't care, and you can call corporate." I had a few choice words and left after telling her you never know who it is in your store and who a customer can be she said, "I do not care." Now I could have been there to evaluate the store. This woman is out of her mind and controlling. The man was just shaking his head the entire time.

I've been to a ton of shipping establishments. I think this FedEx is the best in the nation in terms of customer service. Great team here.

Very nice staff at this location. Always quick to drop off a package and friendly even when I have a lot of them. The location is clean and well stocked.

I brought a pkg into this office and said it needs to be overnighted. The young man helping me told me it would be there the next day and it was $78. I paid, took my receipt and left. I discovered the next day, when the recipient asked for the tracking number, that the fed ex employee had not sent it overnight. He sent it ground and it would be there in 3 days. My receipt was for FedEx ground for $16.40. It was crucial this medication go overnight. No one at fed ex could fix it the following day when I discovered the mistake. The FedEx office I sent the pkg from just told me to call customer service. Who told me they couldn’t do anything. I will always look at my receipt from now on and I will never go to this FedEx office again. Or use FedEx

They don't know what they are doing. Got on the computer to print somethings and the paper came out blank. The guy working behind the counter urged me to try again, insisting he'd reimburse me, only to be later inform he didn't know how to reimburse me. $14 bucks gone and I didn't even get the prints I needed.
