I’ve had the pleasure of recently joining their weekly Tuesday and Thursday instagram live sales. The quality and variety of their stock is unmatched. Live sales offer special pricing and Bill - the owner- is open to answering any questions you may have as he enjoys spreading his wealth of knowledge with others in the craft. It’s also common for bill to do product demos during the lives so you can really see how to use them. Zack, Zakk and Benny have also been very helpful! I don’t live local to the shop, so it’s nice to have a crew who can help me find exactly what I’m looking for. And the shipping fees are the most reasonable I’ve seen! I highly recommend DLS!

I love how much information they provide on their products. The fact that they test what they sell is fantastic and really shows. This is the only place I have seen that sells all the full Renia product set in one place. I also had a great customer service experience with Bill, shout out to him.

Placed my order online for in-store pickup, and they had everything ready to go and my order waiting for me when I got there. Great staff and I especially love that they're right here in Metro Atlanta!

Their shipping is usually pretty quick, and well packed. Their leather is mostly... overpriced small cuts or factory rejects. Also a history of poor communication and lack of accountability.

Swung by District Leather Supply today thinking that they are a brick and mortar store. They are not, they are a warehouse fulfillment for online leather retail, but the owner let me shop in person anyway and it was a very inspiring visit. The leather is definitely higher quality than what I was getting at Tandys, and is consistent too. He marks his hides with serial numbers so you can order the same kind from the same tannery and get as consistent leather as you can possibly buy in the industry. The most inspiring part was him telling me his story, about how he started in leather making small items in his basement just a few years ago...and now he has a whole warehouse. He also gave me some great advice on sewing machines. I'm a small business owner just getting started in leather in the last two years, and it was really motivating to see where my passion can take me if I keep at it. Thanks for letting me in when I was ringing your doorbell ?

I placed an order on Feb 20 that had an estimated fulfillment time of 2-3 days. 12 days later, nothing. They “missed” my e-mail asking if there was an issue.They have alerted the shipper to expect a package, though. I suppose 2-3 “days” actually means “weeks”. UghPatiently waiting.

Such kind employees! If you’re going in person don’t be intimidated! It’s not exactly a retail store, but a warehouse, and if they are there they will let you shop. The guys there are super knowledgeable and helpful! If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be back! I will definitely be shopping their website knowing how great their customer service is!
