“I often have my daughter order my items and I pick them up and let me tell, I absolutely love the attendants that bring my items out of the store. I finally had to go into the store for something and the experience was what I expected. The store was clean and everything was where it needed to be. I did not interact with anyone but I observed the customer service representatives and it truly warmed my heart.”

“First impressive observation : they have man-chairs for husbands and other lost souls. Most stores have eliminated these comfort stations, which I consider to be cruel and unusual punishment. When I am comfortable and seated, I do not care how much money my wife is spending. And this store has a great selection of things to buy. I will return.”
