The owner is very disrespectful & rude. Management gets nothing done from complaints to more complaints they should be out of business. Staff seems to not care about the unclean rooms and they are quick to take your money and don't refund you back so if there is a problem with the room it's on you. There's no good service here & the staff could care less about making your stay as comfortable and enjoying as possible. If you want good service and clean room don't stay here. Management sucks!

The rooms had bugs and there was a water leak in the bathroom. We traveled here for sports so this wasn’t a very happy stay.

This hotel was not as advertised. Upon arrival there were teenagers running all around the lobby WET from the pool which caused a slip hazard for my small children. The room we were originally issued had blood spatters on the curtain and other gunk along with it. The hallway had a horrible stench. Hotel staff did move us to a different room, but not graciously- she had to inspect the room first before agreeing. The new room at first appeared to be ok but we then noticed spatters of something all over the door on the inside. At that point it wasn’t even worth moving again as we had driven 8 hours from Disney and we’re tired. I do not recommend this hotel. Staff did seem overwhelmed so perhaps having more than one person on duty would alleviate some of these issues. Oh, the internet was down on arrival as well.

Place is clean, comfortable and quiet even though the entire place is no vacancy since last week. Air got too cold so I turned it off for a bit. The staff I have met so far are helpful and pleasant

Very deplorable living conditions. Black mold & roaches everywhere. Indian dude claims to be the manager threatened to shoot someone in our group for calling the health department. The manager wanted to fight a 16 year old kid because he was called on the unsatisfactory conditions of his hotel. Do not say here.

It's about 12 years old, well maintained. You walk into the living area where the TV, couch, and desk are. The next room is a short hall with the bathroom on one side and the closet on the other. Then, a large bedroom with another TV. Reception is great. I'm very happy she was here to check me in. I'm going to miss this place when I leave, especially when I check into the next Comfort Inn

It was......doable. Not a fan of carpet in the rooms. There was an "old carpet " smell. Bad enough to where they had to provide a can of air freshener, like wow, they still missed the point. Would not go back though.

Better off staying near highway like Drury Inn or somewhere nicer. Price was decent but that was all. Pillow case was dirty and found a pill on bedding that was not my wife's nor mine. Bathroom light flickered above mirror light. Curtains suck and still let in light from parking lot lights. Place smelled like air freshener all over the place probably to cover up smoker smell. Place needs cleaning and and updating. Pillows suck not large enough.

The bathtub had a black tar footprint on it, and tar in the tub itself. My foot stuck to the tub, took a bit of effort to get free. Hate to think what would have happened to a small child.4\4\18 - I most certainly did NOT bring tar into the hotel room. Are you serious? Please correct the situation in this room before I call whatever state office regulates hotels. Added two more photos.

I lived in this area for over 20 years but never been in this hotel. I moved to another state , but came back for a visit and stayed here. I was not disappointed. It was a decent stay. Really no complaints. Just the heating unit was busted up and it was hard to control the temperature. Also the light in the bathroom was going on and off like a disco. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again

Everything was fine when we initially got to our room but we discovered a massive bed bug underneath one of the pillows the next morning. We talked to a lady at the front desk and she basically ignored us, saying that there’s nothing they can do about it and someone would have to come Monday to handle it (this was saturday morning). We felt uncomfortable staying and sitting anywhere in that room since they weren’t going to do anything about it and wouldn’t even offer reduced price, a refund, or even a different room. Basically, we were stuck with the room until the evening of that same day but didn’t bother staying. We didn’t even complain about the various stains on the bathtub, walls, or one of the pillows that we noticed later on, but honestly we should have. The standards for cleanliness and hygiene is so low.edit: What the owner failed to acknowledge is the fact that we still had stains on our pillow cases and a permanent stain on the bathtub that could not be wiped off. Yes you cannot stop every bug from coming into the hotel but STAINED pillows is still disgusting.

By far one of the, if not the most, cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Room was very spacious, clearly renovated or at least redecorated in the last year or so, and very comfortable.Carpet was clean. There were to small stains in the carpet but you had to look for them to see them.The space behind the bed and night stands along the bed was clean, as well. This is a spot commonly missed in my travels.The bed was very comfortable, no stains in the sheets or bedding to be found. The bedding was obviously changed and cleaned in the last 24 hours.The lobby area and stairway was exceptional, with vaulted ceilings and a fancy chandelier that really brightened the place up. The entry way feels luxury.My only complaint (and it's not even a complaint, just a note) was that I had to hang up my own shower curtain but that could have been because I was a walk up reservation instead of an online reservation where a crew could have gone in and cleaned the place up and put in a new shower curtain. The shower curtain that the receptionist gave me was also a new one!Pros: Very clean, comfortable, inviting atmosphere.Cons: Window blinds don't function all that well for privacy. If someone were to be in the parking lot they could (if they had tried) see into the room and at minimum see a shadow or at least a figure. I suggest incorporating thicker curtains to prevent this, but this was a non-issue for me as my room faced an empty parking lot and building where the only line of sight into the room was on the roof of that building.

This was a nice clean hotel in a good area. There were good restaurants located nearby. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the breakfast was decent. My only recommendations would be to address the dark spots on the bathroom walls in room 122 and replace the mattresses. The bed wasn’t super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again should the occasion arise.

I'm speechless.First of all, I don't mind staying in a 2 or 3 stars hotel but after this hotel, I'll just pay more to be at a better place.I chose this hotel from Expedia. We need to stay 10 hours just to have a proper sleep before we need to drive far again.Parking is big and not a problem hence the one star. The room. OMG! ITS THE WORST! Room was nasty. The carpet was sticky and brown. They never deep clean the carpet that's one thing for sure. We used our shoes because God knows what stick on the carpet. The sofa smells like "s***". Thank God for COVID because I brought disinfectant spray and cleaning stuff. I sprayed everything before my family goes inside. The TV and microwave don't even work. The fridge has a build up ice. The tiny coffee machine was dirty. There was mold inside the thing. If I put all the list of nasty stuff, this review will definitely take 4 pages. My suggestion, DONT STAY HERE.
