This location is ghetto and unprofessional. They steal peoples’ government paperwork and don’t even get back to you about opening up an account. They never called me back. One worker in particular named Shawana or whatever her name is stole my social security documents of my son and never admitted it to the branch manager. Nor was she reprimanded for her actions. They didn’t offer to run the security cameras back or prove that she didn’t give them back. The branch manager Sunai never called me back either. I should hire a lawyer and sue this branch for stealing private documentation that should’ve never gotten in their hands in the first place. MY documents should’ve been handed back to me. Please never go to this location. Don’t even bother giving them your business. They STEAL, play mind games, and don’t mean you well.

Horrible experience here. Put money into drive through ATM and it's gone nowhere. Call center doesn't help at all. Wow where's the money?

This place's customer service has gone downhill since opening and you can tell immediately by walking into the door. There were only one customer at the window and two tellers. The other head teller saw me and did not greet or say hello when I walked in. I waited a long time (I am a patient person!) for the customer in front of me chatting with the other teller after he completed his transaction. There was no apology from them that I had to wait for a long time. They don't care!Then, after this teller counted my cash, she was making a sound like I took so much of her time because I made a cash deposit. She rushed me off, made an annoying sound, did not look at me or thank you for my business, and calling out to the customer behind me. Really?! This is not the first time I feel this way. Every time I made a deposit, I felt apologize because I am taking up their chatting time to put them to work.We have multiple business accounts in this bank and this is what is the type of customer service that I get. I feel be little and inferior! Very upset and planning to close all my accounts and take my business somewhere who will value us.

I visited this branch on 2/4/23 and the Asian lady at the window requested that I show her my license as well as my debit card - I don’t know why she asked me for two pieces of identification. I’ve never had to do that. My picture is on my drivers license and my name is on the account. - racist

If you need a notary, don’t come here! You’d be better off finding someone online. Branch is empty waiting 30 minutes for a signature.. RIDICULOUS

Not entirely too sure how it works with the other Chase Bank locations but this one in particular will be a waste of your time if you are trying to, for example, schedule an in-person appointment for any type of loan. I scheduled an in person appointment and received a confirmation email for it. Once I arrived at this location and spoke to a teller to let them know that I had an appointment with someone at 2:00 p.m. they immediately dismissed me and said that I had to go and apply online or I have to call a number even though the website clearly offers in person appointments. Not sure if it's an option on their website that they need to remove because it isn't really available in their locations or if it's laziness from the employees at this location but it was ultimately a waste of time. Don't go here.

Horrible customer service. What you read online about chase customer service in all branches is true. They are all horrible. Inexperienced and incompetent. I setup an account with the main banker, she told me that she had to reschedule and told me I could come in person the next day at a specific time that she set me up. She even told me that if I sign up in person for the chase freedom flex card in person, I would get a special bonus. I come in the next day and they tell me that no appointment was setup. I was told she was in labor so I understand and tell them to set me up for tomorrow. I come back the next day and I get to talk to an associate banker,only to be told that I need my passport in order to proceed, due to my particular condition. She said she set me up for a specific time to come back the next day. Now, it is my third day trying and I brought everything I needed and more just in case. I come in, a worker comes to talk to me,only to find out that there was no appointment made for me and there was No-one at that time who could help me. She goes on to say that I could just apply online for a credit card, which was true but the associate banker had told me that I needed a passport in order to provide a primary source of identification otherwise the application would not proceed online. As I explained this to the lady, she just kept telling me that the associate banker would not be able to know whether I would be approved or not based on that. That was 3 days of time wasted due to incompetence and miscommunication on their end. For a person who is needed at work and has little time to spare, this is unacceptable completely. I am definitely never going back here. Chase, you have just lost yourself a customer!!!

Unbelievable how they literally never answer the phone and are extremely rude in person. I wish someone from Chase Corporate office would check on this branch’s management and investigate what is wrong with the manager and the rest of the staff that they just do not care about the customers and their needs. I will probably have to go to a different bank very soon and will end up closing my account here.
