“I think this place is probably the best hand wash in North Atlanta, even better than California Hand Wash.
The primary reason being they probably employ the best drying technique. While not perfect, it is probably the most gentle producing the least amount of swirls.
Could they improve with the use of a pressure washer? Could they have a better system in place to speed up the wait time? Yes, but I’ve learned any commercial hand wash is going to have its pros and cons and this place at its core, is probably the most gentle on your paint.”

“Incredible work. If you want to feel like you’re driving a brand new car off the lot again, this is the place to go.I got the Ceramic Pro Sport Install. They did a thorough full exterior hand wash and cleaning of the interiors in addition to the leather conditioning and Ceramic coating. They got every crack and crevice I could never seem to get myself and they did it well under the time they estimated (Took about 3 hours instead of 4-5).Brian was super hospitable and even offered to drop me off close by and pick me up when my car was ready.Even the men that did the work on the car were super passionate about what they were doing and eager to walk me through their process.Overall great experience! Will definitely be going back!”

“I was recommended to Stanley through a mom’s group, and he did not disappoint. He was excellent with communication regarding pricing and scheduling. I booked mobile detailing for three vehicles—two sedans (one standard detail and one deep detail) and one SUV with a standard detail.
When temperatures dropped below freezing, Stanley promptly reached out to reschedule for a day and time that worked best for me. On the rescheduled day, he and his crew arrived early and got right to work. All three vehicles were completed beautifully and with an impressively quick turnaround—just three hours total.
When we need detailing again, I will absolutely be reaching out to Stanley at Star Detailing.”

Reached out on a Monday morning, Melvin got back to me with a quote within minutes and was already working on my car a few hours later. After he finished cleaning the car, Melvin offered to cover the car (including all the wind straps) for no extra charge. “I placed a review some months ago so I wanted to delete that one and add one that shares my experience. I bought a car from here in May. I drove it to Virginia not even a few days after I got it. While there on June 19th I experienced issues to which it had to go into the shop. I was over 840 miles from Georgia so towing it there was out of the question. So I towed it to the Infiniti dealership there which mind u I have an Infiniti qx80 so I took it to manufacturing dealership. My car has been there up until Thursday Winston and the management team at 5 brothers went to pick up the car and bring it back to Georgia to see if they could figure out the elusive problem that the Infiniti dealership was overlooking. Needless to say they fixed my car that I haven't had since June the 19th and brought it to me today! With all that being said they went above and beyond for me and my family even though my car was 846 miles from Alabama where I live and another 2 hours from 5 brothers they took the time out to get it to me after they fixed it within a few days of having it when the dealership couldn't fix it within the 6 months almost that they had it. So if u want to buy a car from someone who could care less about u and urs then go somewhere else BUT if u want to buy a car from a place that cares even after months of selling a car then go buy from 5 brothers I dealt with Andrew first always helpful and Winston and the management team have by far been the biggest blessing for our family and they can be a blessing to urs if given the chance!!!!!! “I took my car for a service for a fresh start after 9 years of being the main family car for our 3 kids; the back seat was particularly filthy, but I also had never done anything beyond basic car wash so the rest of the car needed help too. The work was impeccable and the service was good and professional. Expect to pay more than the price stated on the website (I paid over twice as much) as it will be quoted based on their estimated effort. For me, it was worth it and I considered it as good as having paid for two detailings over the course of the 9 years. I plan to bring my other, even older car here soon. Thank you to the team!”

“I got my membership at the Roswell location, but I prefer this location, definitely they do a better job.
The only downside is the staffing. They need more people for washing and detailing.
The staff they already have do a great job but sometimes the waiting time is an hour or more. I try to avoid weekends, but is still an issue even during Mondays and Tuesdays.”
