Absolute worst company! Do not use them. We have had a credit of over $1K that they refuse to refund. Its been almost a year of us trying to get the money sent back. The lack or professionalism is unbelievable. We have left countless messages and have been told countless lies. They do not even deserve the one star.

It's a great system except for the fact at least once a day it bogs down and is so slow I can't get any work done. And the insurance eligibility is hit and miss, seems more miss lately.

Literally the worst job I have EVER EVER EVEEERR had. They overwork you and expect you to be some type of perfectionist or something. Initially I was told this was not a hard sales job well clearly somebody lying because if we didn’t make a certain amount of orders a day they would practically tell us we will be fired lol ? and then how you overwork everybody with little pay and NO commission? Please make it make sense. Absolutely pathetic I’m glad I left this job and found something better and that I actually enjoy instead of harassing old folks 25/8.

Pathetic excuse for a company. They bring you in train you for 2-3 weeks and then expect you to be perfect on your first official week on the phones. Their standards are way too high for their expectation. They tell you in training “it’s ok take your time on your calls, don’t make makes because you think you have to rush”! BULL STANK!!!! They only thing good about this company is the pay rate and benefits!

We continue to have Brightree outages over the last 3 months where our Clinicians are unable to Chart for days. This is a serious safety issue for our patients and frustrating for our clinicians to be unable to sync the data they have entered and the paper charting they have been doing has to be re-entered whenever Brightree is up again This costs time, money and stress. We have not been able to chart since last week and here we are at the day before Christmas with no response from Brightree and the system down. We have been told every time we call that someone will call back. It is now 4:58pm and we cannot use Brightree, and no one called me back before 5:00 pm as promised. I can no longer recommend Brightree

I don't feel they were upfront since the beginning. Drew Ward kept telling me I had to sign up by the end of May last year so we would be up and running in June/July, otherwise it may cause delays. I didn't know up and running meant access to an empty database. It didn't mean billing out and trained staff by then as originally thought. I've turned down Brightree twice in 4 years because I didn't feel comfortable with switching over and I didn't trust Drew's pitch and my instincts were right. The only reason I signed up with Brightree was because of ResMed and the company is nothing like Resmed. Hopefully in time it will be. I feel the company is more focused on upselling and making as much money as possible off us. It took six months for us to be up and running and able to bill out with the amount of work involved. They sold me on Connect in September and we weren't able to use it until March. We paid 6 months for nothing and now we have to pay it out until the contract ends. I regret every changing from Fast Track/Mediware to Brightree. Almost double the cost too. On a positive note they do have a good customer support line for troubleshooting and learning. I have praised employees there who are exceptional and it's not all bad but our experience overall has been and I just wish they were 100% upfront with us from day one.
