The teller with the glasses told me some policy change that didn’t even exist! Went to a different branch and they were able to help me with it and said there is no such policy change! She lie to me.

Wouldn’t recommend this brand!!! Came here to get some quarters and the teller told they can’t give me quarters because i only have a PERSONAL account with them? LIKE WHAT??? I bank with you guys obviously I’ll come here to get the quarters.

I went in to change my name on all my accounts, provided 2 forms of ID and was told it could take a couple of weeks. It's been a month and call center rep stated there were no notes or documentation so I have to resubmit everything. That's bad customer service.
