Great experience on a very busy day here. This place has a huge selection and we were able to look at every car we wanted to, and test drive our top choices. Terrible customer service.
I called and went to see cars that I am very serious about buying. They were busy and my agent kept saying that I am asking to see too many cars, am I really serious about buying? I waited 4 hours to see 2 cars and I felt unwanted there. Would not recommend this dealer.

Talked all day with Marlon about a truck. We agreed on price, down payment and financing. Well over an hour after agreed on everything they tell me" there's a customer here that had an appointment." They said if the appointment falls through they have some backup options. I told him I'm not interested in those backup options. I'm interested in the truck we agreed upon because we agreed on the price and everything well over an hour before the appointment showed up. The sad thing these options are thousands above the price we agreed upon. I was so excited for this truck but now I am very upset and frustrated. Terrible experience.

The ultimate bait and switch. Less than a month after driving off the lot I am dealing with a starter issue, a gas tank door that won’t close and as of today - a check engine light accompanied by no acceleration. The sales person knew I was looking at Honda’s specifically for reliability - and he sold me a vehicle with a starter issue without blinking an eye. I didn’t like the condition of the interior of the 2020 Civic I originally looked at and ended up with a higher mileage 2018. When I have raised my concerns I am told the car was sold “as is” and I had the opportunity to have it looked at by a mechanic - which was never communicated to me during the process. As a matter of fact I was pressured to put a deposit down the same day to hold the car, and promised the vehicle would be ready for pick up the next morning. They said the deposit meant I had to go through with the sale, I couldn’t change my mind. Of course it wasn’t ready, and I spent over 4 hours waiting for the vehicle. By the time I was presented any paperwork it was all electronic, zero guidance from the sales person and he was helping at least 2 other customers at the same time. I was then told it would be a little longer before I could get the keys because they were cleaning the vehicle. 2 hours later I finally drove off the lot with the dirty vehicle because they claimed it couldn’t be washed due to the windshield replacement. It still has not been washed. I was not told the truth at any point of the process and am paying for it now in more ways than one.

Says they can work with any credit but it’s just to get you through the door. I was out the chair within 20 mins and told if I can’t put down a $6000 down payment that they can’t help me.
