“Welcome to the Las Olas Riverwalk Art and Entertainment District. I took the kids out for the night on a downtown adventure. The art gallery is pretty much in the heart of the art district so we decided to visit because my son loves art. All of the pieces are vibrant and expressive. They have a wide modern selection. You can tell the artists put emotion behind the pieces. In any case the kids and I loved them all and feel they are definitely purchase worthy, fyi they are all for sale. Thank you to the attendant working that gave us a few words of encouragement after finding out my is into art. Definitely go and visit. Just don't touch the pieces. Remember people need to buy them so this isn't a regular museum. unofficially #YelpKids”
“I took graphic design classes at the Johns Creek Arts Center and had a great experience learning about creating magazine covers and printable newsletters. The practical applications were excellent, and the staff was both professional and well-organized. While I found the prices and dates to occasionally be rigid and expensive for a working adult, I still highly recommend this place for art education.”

“This is a cool spot that you should check out when in Alpharetta. It’s free! The gallery has many quality pieces on display. Expect it to take an hour or two depending how in depth you’d like to take your experience. If you live in the area, the Center is also home to a variety of studios and offers classes for both adults and children. I visited the building often when it was the library and wish I hadn’t waited so long to check out its transformation. Don’t make the same mistake!”
“I am so grateful to have a place like Spruill. They are making the arts accessible and have classes for all ages and all skill levels, they also offer a variety of weeknight and weekend courses. Classes are affordable and, in my experience, do not require you to purchase a lot of tools beforehand.”

“We had an amazing experience at Frames etc! We needed a special gift for a surprise party. Despite dealing with our rushed timeline, and adding last minute items that we wanted framed, Jon was accommodating, kind, and patient. He has a great eye for design too. I came in with 14 pictures I needed matted and framed, and he quickly helped me pick colors and placement. Plus, the day before the party the manufacturer sent the wrong size frame. Jon immediately called me, and went above and beyond by offering to check his supplies at home. Not only did he come through with cutting the frame himself, and putting together my whole piece, but he came in, despite having a family emergency that day because, he knew the gift was a huge part of the surprise party. The final product was beautiful and a wonderful surprise for our family member!”
“I've been coming to Othels since May of 2017! The teachers are wonderful and I'm super grateful for them - my capabilities in art have shown clear progression throughout the years, and I owe much of that to Othels. I was able to find my niche/preferred medium with colored pencils, and taking art lessons here helped my technique improve big time! “I recently moved from the area to NC and have been having a hard time finding black artwork for my home. I was back in GA for work and had to stop here on my way home. I found exactly what I was looking for and more pieces I plan to come back and grab. I bought 2 big pieces of art and the lady in the store noticed I was pregnant and helped carry the art out to my car. So nice and thoughtful! “We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday with a party at Eye Candy Studio! It was a tea party for little girls and we chose the mug painting package and it was just perfect! All the kids had so much fun painting their mugs and Chelsea was incredible! She was so attentive to all of the kids and myself and my husband. She was a delight to work with and made the party amazing. The studio space was already decorated adorable and I added a few touches and it was the perfect tea party! Thanks for making my daughters birthday so special!”
