I purchased a 50x60 steel building early this year form them. It went on a plot of land I have in Dawsonville. Most of the kit was accurate. 6 mounting tabs for the girts were off by 4-5 inches. The assembler did not have the ability to weld so I spent half a day cutting and welding them in the correct place.When you spend 60k on a building kit it should be accurate.Joe

I purchased a 40x60x20 steel building from Arco back in 2005 for use as a detail/mechanic shop for my automobile business. My sales rep Carolyn was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The customer support group kept me informed throughout the process regarding delivery time and payment requirements. Stephanie,Was extremely good to work with she answered all of my questions and was very helpful designing my building she also showed me a design that I was very pleased with. I would recommend her highly for her ability to understand building codes and other questions about designing your needs for a steel structural building. Now for the building I have not received the building and I have not received the concrete floor drawings . I believe that these will be as good as Stephanie's service.Randy
