My experience at this place was one that will stick with me forever due to the lack of concern and advocacy for the black woman! I am glad I went to receive a second opinion a year later from a black doctor. I went to Dr. Wanda twice in 2021 concerning irregular bleeding she initially thought it was from my birth control consumption and advised me to take a routine of BC pills after the first visit. Upon the second visit I was still experiencing irregular bleeding and she still insisted it was due to BC but I’d been on BC All my life and never had this experience. So, I advocated for myself for her to give me more answers. They performed a stomach ultrasound to look at my ovaries (wrong procedure for the diagnosis given PCOS) they should’ve performed an ultrasound through my vaginal to look at the uterus and get a clear image. She diagnosed me with PCOS at the age of 25 based off 2 visits of experiencing irregular (extra) bleeding and a half performed ultrasound. She told me it was a very mild form and mildest she’d ever seen. “THIS IS BECAUSE THE ULTRA SOUND TECH DIDN’T PERFORM THE CORRECT ULTRASOUND TO SEE IT WASN’T PCOS”- Yes I had some cysts in my ovaries but I did not meet the classification of having PCOS. She ask me if I experienced weight gain (NO), hair growth in odd areas (NO) and other PCOS RELATED SYMPTOMS (NO) I simply had irregular bleeding which ultimately after visiting another doctor (black) is resulting in the changes in my body and the BC I am on. Doctor Wanda and her team were completely wrong to diagnosis with something as severe as PCOS off of experiencing extra bleeding when statistically a PCOS patient would experience ( less bleeding or not having a cycle) I was having (2) cycles ( due to irregular BC pill consumption)Would not recommend! That diagnosis had me in a frenzy.

We visited few months back and were informed Dr. Stewart had retired, congrats to her as she was good. But after that there was no primary doctor to visit so not sure if that has changed but figuring most of the reviews are for her specifically. This office also has been renamed to this vs what it was earlier (some like ga center of female health i think)

Would I could leave something worse than a one star. This office absolutely does not care about patient health, I waited for over 6 months to get a birth control implant in my arm and the doctors office was not doing their part the whole time and blaming it on insurance company when I had papers from the insurance company saying it was approved. After 6 months and being yelled at by a doctor and hung up on I went to a different doctors office, got seen and got the implant the same day. How is it one office could help me with my issue in one day when that office still couldn’t help me after 6 months. Every time you call you don’t get a answer, if you are lucky enough to get a answer they say they will call you back but never do. Absolutely worst experience and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

All the reviews are from years ago but still to this day it's horrible. Worst experience and I'm currently still waiting for the doctor it's been a hour. I'm just sitting in the room while all the nurses and doctors are laughing. They have already falsely charged me, switched locations with staff with no information about anything and just overall just the absolute worst.

The staffs are so lovable , nice and they are so friendly but the doctor dr Stewart she is not helpful regarding explaining things for me she just do what she have to do and when u ask her questions she give a response in short ways like yes or no she don't explain things as she is supposed to that is it I am not satisfied with her service at all .the way she act seems a disrespect for me.

Worst experience went for Fibroid relief only seen the doctor once never received medication or anything to help me no schedule for surgery but I keep getting a reoccurring bill tried to call the office to take care of it no one returned my phone call from a message I left two months ago no one answers the phone I don’t even know how the are still a running business very disappointed

The front office staff, specifically Rebecca is wonderful!!! I truly appreciate her thoroughness and follow up to make sure next steps were in place. She called later the same afternoon to provide an update. I believe in being kind to others and good customer service. Rebecca is top notch, many thanks!
