I was pleased with my visit here from the wonderful customer service from the staff, to the constant updates on the status of my car. They were super informative about the process & worked hard to get my car done in just a few days. They cleaned my car so well It was almost unrecognizable! I’m so glad I trusted Wren’s Collision with my car & I recommend them to anyone needing Tesla Repairs!

Excellent experience with Wren's from start to finish. i'd give a 10 * if I could. Customer service was amazing. They handled all the details with the insurance co., car rental and kept me informed on the progress of car repairs and body work which was completed on schedule The car came out great as was the whole experience. Had my Tesla repaired here and it was an amazing experience. Super helpful staff (thanks to Christine and Doug), felt comfortable to ask any questions, and was communicated with thru the whole process! The customer service is not the greatest. Calls are screened. NO returned calls. My service advisor Bailey was not returning my calls after I was told he would be calling me back. I left more than one message for him on his voicemail. The manager Danny will tell you anything, when talking to you in person, and not follow through with what he says he will do. Danny is a fast talker, and I knew from the start I could not trust him, but I was already in too deep by then. From my experience, they do not aim to please the customer. They aim to please the insurance company. I would NOT recommend them to any of my family, friends, or associates.Services: Painting

Wren PTC just started working on my car so I'm yet to see the results of their body work, but I had to leave a review due to the absolutely fantastic customer service I received. Christine and Doug were so helpful throughout the entire process including getting our insurance claim over to them, scheduling service, answering all our questions and then receiving our car. We were very late showing up to our appointment due to some extenuating circumstances and they were so kind and gracious and made sure we were in and out very quickly. If their body work is anything like their customer service, I'm sure we'll be satisfied.Update: the body work was done to perfection and they even cleaned our car inside and out. I could not be more happy with Wren's.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. We got reared ended by a truck in my 2022 Camry. We called the Toyota dealership and they recommended Wren’s in Peachtree city. When I tell you they did amazing, I truly mean it. My car looks like it just came off the show room floor !!!! A huge thank you to Jay for staying in contact and getting us taken care of promptly. Lord willing and the creek don’t rise , if we ever have any other unplanned accidents we will always come back to Wrens.Services: Painting

Just picked up my Tesla M3 at Wrens. I’m very happy with their workmanship, the car looks great. And they did it on time, just like they said. Top end shop that I recommend.

Had a collision repaired. It looks good from outside, I cannot tell how it looks inside. That said, I'm happy with the visible result.That said, I'm not happy with how price went up over time. Initial estimate was less than $1,400, I went with them, then after the repair began, where a part of my car was already taken out so we passed "point of no return", there were 2 times that I got a phone call and told price increase. Final invoice was 2.5 times more.Also, they requested to have my car for X amount of weeks, which was a LOT, but I agreed as I understand that was what the repair needs. They needed X weeks + 2 days. Since it was very long period that I had to make arrangements in daily life, I wish they kept the period they requested.I understand the nature of repair where you can't see the whole picture without opening a box. But please understand from customer's perspective that price keeps going up during work may look dubious.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible customer service! The General manager should be fired! Horrible representation of the company. Denny McKeen should not represent this company or the city of PeachTree city at all. He’s rude and not qualified for the job. Take your business else where
