I walked in today, as soon as they opened and was greeted in a professional way. My iPhone wasn’t charging out of the charging port and the gentleman there was able to fix it within minutes. The customer service here was beyond what usual customer service is. It was more like the way Customer Service used to be 30 years ago in a small store. Where the customer is taken care of from the time they enter the door until the time they finish there transaction. I would highly recommend if you’re having issues with your electronics or if you’re looking for a great flashlight or batteries they’ve got what you need.

I consulted them for a screen repair, but they didn't work on my phone model. The representative on the phone, Jacob,was still very helpful and still helped me find a solution.

Awesome techs!!! Sprint wouldn't even look at my phone as I don't have an extended warranty. These guys fixed me right up quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I was desperate without my phone and they had same day fix, even just a few hours which was awesome!

Very professionally and efficiently replaced the battery in my android. Had a very thorough pre and post inspection to make sure the condition of my phone was the same as when I got it back. Highly recommend! Very personable!!

I came in for a new battery for my iPhone 6 and was impressed with how quickly the team was able to change it out. The staff was courteous, helpful, and didn't make me feel inferior for not knowing a lot about phones.

Was told 2 hours expected for a battery replacement on a Samsung S7. Took 4 hours, but the phone works fine and the new battery seems , well, like a new battery. Much better life than the original battery and saved me from having to replace a phone only because the battery lost its ability to hold a charge throughout the day. Overall, satisfied.

Service was excellent. Folks in this store are exceptional in customer service and repair. Had my Iphone repaired for a few different items including cracked screen and rear camera replacement. I am very satisfied with their service.
