Came for a vaccine. Checked in via QR code as the sign said. Learned 20 minutes later that it's not an actual check in, just filling out of forms. Brought this to the attention of the pharmacist and she acted as if it were my problem. Won't come to them again.

Unfortunately the only pharmacy that takes tricare anymore and they have been a nightmare the last few year's we've had to use them I am always respectful even at times it's not reciprocated. Pray they get people who enjoy working in the near future.

PATSY - the self proclaimed store manager is extremely rude and unpleasant to her black customers. She was over accommodating to the white patrons but offered a difference in approach to her black ones. I hope corporate gets involved and teaches her about her unconscious bias.

Definitely will never go here again. Went into this location to get invitations printed. Clerk at the front has a serious problem with people (not from the area ?) even after I asked who assisted in that atea and she said her she walked away. When I realized she was gone for a while I went to get her in the back. She came and refused to help. Just stood there behind me gave me 2 instructions the rest I figured out. She cropped the stuff wrong without explaining their system told me to unplug then walked away then when I went in line to pay she asked if I had put my number in I said no looking confused. She proceeds to tell me I have to do the whole process again. Now I’m upset. Went over tried doing it myself she told me nothing. Did not help at all. A woman from Peachtree city area (if you know you know) came in to print some documents and she took her device and did the whole process for her whole time I’m struggling beside her and she offered 0 help. I finally go to get someone else at the point ive spent an hour in the store and the young man comes around and assists me. The experience isn’t worth it. Go elsewhere!!!

The Asian woman at the front desk in the pharmacy is RUDE! No customer service skills! Greet your customer and try to assist before you cut them off.

BRANDON FROM THE PEACHTREE CITY GA PHARMACY IS SUCH A CARING, CALM, PROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING. HE WAS SO SYMPATHETIC, APATHETIC, AND GENUINE. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE MADE A MISTAKE, AND BRANDON WAS SO HELPFUL IN HELPING ME UNTIL I CAN GET BACK ON THE PHONE WITH THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE. IT IS SO RARE THAT YOU RUN ACROSS SOMEONE THAT GENUINELY CARES, AND IS AS NICE AND CARING AS YOU WOULD WANT THEM TO BE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PERSON AND EMPLOYEE. I WISH BRANDON NOTHING LESS THAN GREATNESS AND FRUITFULNESS IN HIS CAREER, AND IN ALL OF HIS FUTURE ENDEAVORS. THANK YOU!!!????

They advertise that they take fed ex packages but they do not. I took my prepaid envelope into the store and the employee, Patsy, did not want to deal with it and told me "they" won't let them take it I asked who "they" is and she said fed ex. I asked why not and she said something about a barcode. She then asked me where it was going and I said the name and address of the lab is on the envelope. She then said they don't take bloodwork. I explained that it is not bloodwork, it's a dust sample from my home getting evaluated for mold. She then said they don't take alcohol. I said it's not alcohol. She said she wouldn't take it. So extremely unhelpful and unable to get a story together since she gave so many different ones.

This rating is for Walgreens and not for the hard working pharmacists. I had a vaccine appointment at 6:40pm and it took them 40 minutes to even get my insurance info. I had to then wait another 30 minutes before I was vaccinated. The two pharmacists had to service at least 40 customers during this period. How can they be so understaffed during peak windows?

I called ahead to see if the clinic takes Amerigroup. I was told yes and then when I get there. I get charged instead for the service. You wasted my gas, time, and energy. I will not do this again.

Extremely poor service at Walgreens Peachtree City, Ga off of Peachtree Parkway. Spent hours getting photos to them only for them to cancel the order as they are out of paper. No call, email notification, absolutely no notice. When we called the employee was rude.

Pharmacy Manager refused to fill prescription because doctor was in area were accident happened. Says it’s not Pharmacy policy but rather her discretion. Horrible leader and I believe it is really discrimination. She says I should try another Walgreens.
